I hope your day is excellent, this time I continue to share with you some information about the job I do: Telephone Repair Technician.
In the last post I explained a little about the tools I use in my workshop and their functions.
Currently there is a range of high-tech phones, which are very useful and most people have one at their disposal, however these devices have failures that need to be solved, that is where my profession comes into work.
In my workshop I offer various services to my customers ranging from equipment maintenance, parts replacement and software upgrades.

Every technician has to be responsible and committed to his work since the customer is your reference letter.
Here I share with you some information about the service we offer as cell phone repair technicians.
Service📲:
- Equipment revision: This is used to diagnose the failure of the equipment and then proceed to solve it.
Some damages are very noticeable, such as falls and blows to the equipment.
The information provided by the customer is helpful, it is very important the sincerity, because with this information is acquired details of the use of the equipment

- Replace parts:
One of the most common problems that comes to my workshop are phones damaged by falls, in this case when this happens some parts may be damaged, then we proceed to uncover the phone because the problem may be located in an internal part of the phone.
With the falls the display (screen) is damaged, damaging the Flex, this can be solved in some cases, in others the screen is changed.
Shocks from drops also cause direct damage to the phone's software.
We proceed to uncover a phone to change parts, when the phone suffers a fall, comes into contact with substances, is damaged by excessive or inappropriate use and it is required to change some parts.
Next I will name some of those parts:
- microphones
- charging ports
- cameras
- speakers and others.
Some of these jobs are very complex, others can be done in less time, remembering that each phone has a different model and different parts.
