Hey, how are you guys?
Hope you have a great Valentines day😊. I am just here to share some of my photos about the breath-taking sunset views from the second highest tower of Chicago city, Illinois, U.S. I visited this city on my birthday few years ago.
This building is John Hancock Center, located in Northern Michigan Avenue, near the shore of Lake Michigan. The 94th Floor of the building has the name "360 Chicago", the observation deck I visited.
From this top, you can see all Chicago from above, from any directions (East, West, South, and North). There were 02 options of tickets: "Tilt" ticket and admission ticket.
The admission ticket would take you to 94th floor - the highest floor of Hancock building but the Tilt ticket would give you the permission to try the moving glass cabin from the 94th floor, which let the customers have the unbelievable downward view from 315 meters to the below. I have an acrophobia so I decided to buy only the standard admission ticket.
After nearly 35 mins queueing from buying an entrance ticket and entering the only elevator which brought me up from ground floor to the 94th floor - the main observation deck. I enjoyed the beautiful sunset with a glass of Vodka martini at their 94th bar. The drink was kinda expensive but I rewarded it to myself as a birthday drink🍸.
