A few days ago I intended to enjoy the weekend at the beach, after choosing from several beaches in my area I came to the conclusion to enjoy the weekend at Riting Beach. The beach is in the Aceh Besar area and takes approximately 45 minutes from where I live.
After arriving at that location. To enter the beach I was quoted a fee of Rp. 10,000-, at the gate to Riting Beach. The costs quoted vary, for two-wheeled vehicles Rp. 5,000,- and Bus Rp. 50,000,-, while I use a private four-wheeled vehicle.
When we arrived at the location, the atmosphere was already busy with other visitors, people were still coming from outside and local tourists. There were even several groups who stayed overnight at the beach location, they were camping and it would have been really exciting to spend the night on this beautiful beach. If there is a chance, I will occasionally camp on the beach with other friends.
The atmosphere is getting busier and more fun, the heat of the sun doesn't seem to be felt even though the atmosphere is very hot here. However, for those who cannot stand the sun, they take shelter under pine trees or in places provided on the beach.
There are even motorized vehicle rental services that are rented out for visitors who want to tour the beach using these vehicles. Some visitors use these vehicles to get around the beach and some also just to please their children to enjoy the beach atmosphere with these vehicles. This vehicle, which is designed for off-roading, is very easy to use to explore the entire coastal area, of course at a slow speed to avoid accidents.
The traders also took advantage of this weekend's opportunity to sell, they sold various types of food and soft drinks using motorbikes that had been modified in such a way.
This beach is one of the beaches that is suitable for children and adults because the waves on this beach are not big, children can bathe as much as they like without having to be afraid of big waves but still under the supervision of their parents.
In fact, this beach is not recommended for surfers because there are no big waves for those who like surfing.
After enjoying the nature of the beach, I decided to swim for a while before finally going home from the beach. Every now and then a weekend at the beach turns out to be fun and if I have the opportunity I will camp with my friends and enjoy a night at the beach.
