Have you heard about the Man-made forest in Bohol?
During our Bohol trip, I remember the excitement that I had when our driver told us that our next stop was in the Man-made forest in Bohol. I am so in love whenever I get surrounded by lush green trees and being surrounded by nature as a whole. I love it as I am being reminded of the beauty of the world that I am living in.
Now, this is the Man-made Forest in Bohol; no buildings or houses surrounding it, purely trees that are so near to each other that created a wonderful view:
I was captivated by the view. I can't help but feel so happy as I realized how refreshing the surroundings is. It may be gloomy at that time, but I can't deny the fact that the surrounding gave me peace.
By the way, this trip happened last November 2021, just before the typhoon Odette hit the place.
Anyway, before we visited Man-made Forest, I have seen my FB friends visit the place and captured wonderful photos around the area. I thought the road was a vehicle-free road, but as we reached there and try to take a picture of ourselves, we kept on staying back and going back to the center of the road since there are a lot of vehicles passing by. So we have no choice but to wait until the area is free and hurriedly take a picture of the nature around us. I enjoyed running and going back again to the center; it's truly fun.
As we stayed there for a while and took a photo of the surroundings, I find these worms on the side of the road. Honestly, I was shocked seeing it as they were big and slimy. I don't know its name, but I guess they are friendly enough. I just can't dare to touch them. I took some photos of them, but they gave me goosebumps. Do you know what's the name of these worms?
A man-made forest is truly a one-of-a-kind place. I would love to visit it again once I will be allowed to visit the place again. I just love the fact that as I stayed there for minutes, I realized how wonderful it is to feel nature and how calming it is to inhale fresh air alone.
Bohol, you're truly the best!
