The Location:
Barangay Punta Silum is located near at the coastal Areas in Parts of Mindanao. It faces the Panguil Bay areas and contains lots of cliffs, plains and mountainous places. From Barangay Poblacion, it needs to travel at about few minutes depends on how crowded the road is with a fair of 15 Pesos. Some of the great commercial structures like Cell Site towers can be seen near at the Main or National Road here in Manticao, Misamis Oriental.
There are three tall towers built here in The Barangay, one of this can be seen in the First image. This is the SMART TELECOM tower built many years ago.
This tower was built at the top of the cliff near at the National Road. The place is surrounded with concrete walls and some wires used as a fence to keep the place secured. Lots of warning signs and equiped with survillance cameras inside of the areas. The tower is made up of solid steel bars coated with red and white paints to avoid rusty. Lots of street lights on each corner of the fence and a big generators and control rooms were lots of wires attached. Each room is also equiped with air conditioned to keep those materials cool and can avoided short circuits or any explosions due to heat.
The Tree Sanctuary:
Near at the Structure is this greenery and relaxing place because of lots of trees can be seen and found here. Most of the trees here are native and some of the most hard wood plants used for construction porpuses like cabinets, and housing constructions. Lots of wild animals like birds perching on some trees and a shady and cool places in this areas. Molave trees are one of most popular plant here and some fruit trees like Kaymeto and Manggoe trees.
Some of the Cellsite towers can be seen here are this two newly built structures also located here in Barangay Punta Silum. This two towers name are DITO Telecommunications and Globe Telecom. Each towers are also made with steel coated with gray paints. Lots of blinker lights installed at the tower and it helps to all navigator to sail very safely and gives a warning signs.
The area is supported with solid concrete to keep the place secured with some cable wires that supports the tower so it wont easily get collapsing and leaning to the ground. It is built at the middle of the forest areas and also equipped with solar lights to light up the place every evening. The walls are very tall so no can entering inside of the site.
All of this structures is runned by electricity that helps functioning this structures. It delivers electricity to run this things and serve a good network to all subscribers. Lots of cable wires attached on each towers.
This is the National and Main road located here near at the towers. It is already concreted and lots of vehicles always passing by. Also some of the billboards also put near at the road so that everyone can see the ads. Exploring this place is very fun and enjoyable, a perfect place to visit that everybody would like.
