I hope you understand, I think I have given this answer many times, but you forget that Bangladesh is a riverine country, and every 2/3 km, you can find a river or canal here. However, thousands of dams in India block the water flow in Bangladeshi rivers as we have hundreds of rivers entering from India, but they block all the water, which is a crucial issue between Bangladesh and India.
