My friends want to go to Sabang, but the weather doesn't allow it. Therefore, I invited them to go on a historical tour. I took them to the Aceh Museum. There they saw the Cakradonya bell which was a gift from the Ming Dynasty brought by Admiral Cheng Ho during one of his expeditions in the 15th century. They could also take photos at Rumoh Aceh, a traditional Acehnese house, whose construction consists of a lower part and a middle part. The center consists of 3 parts: front, middle and back porch.
Next I took them to Kandang Meuh, which is the burial complex for members of the Aceh Darussalam kingdom\
Of course, you cannot ignore the pilgrimage to the grave of Sultan Iskandar Muda, the king who reigned in 1607-1636 AD, the greatest king in the history of the Aceh kingdom.
From there, we moved to Putroe Phang Park to see real evidence of Sultan Iskandarmuda's romance for his beloved wife, Princess Kamaliah, aka Putro Phang. There they can see "Pinto Kop" which is a monument that was once the connecting gate between the royal palace and Putroe Phang park.
That's all my friends, for some experiences and stories about traveling to Sabang by seeing various buildings and historical tombs in Aceh.
Thank you in advance and hopefully this can be of benefit to everyone.
