This is a historic house we have here. It is a very old house. And also it is a very popular house in our region. Although no one lives in this house at present, but some people visit here every afternoon or afternoon or early morning. However, many people come here in the afternoon to visit and do photography. This house is known by the same name to many people in our upazila or our neighboring upazila. And this place is originally known as Kurilla Bari. Many people know this place by one name in our upazila or neighboring upazilas and many people come here from far away. There is currently nothing to look at though. But the house is still known to many.
Basically the distance between our village and our neighboring village is more than one to two kilometers and this house is in the middle. And there are no houses around. Basically the road runs through our village and flows through the crop fields and this house is located more than one kilometer from our village. Once upon a time some families lived here. Long ago I heard that the one who built the house was a bandit leader. But the sad thing is that there were big robberies in his own house too. Because it was far away from the locality and it was completely different.
This house is also known as haunted house. Still many people are afraid to move here at night. Because this house has a huge pond and a very big fishing project next to it. The most important thing is that the place is very secluded and there is a very old and big cotton tree along with many trees including palm trees. And I heard from the elders that these cottonwoods were once inhabited by ghosts and would harm or try to harm people when they passed by. Even the people who fish here at night have seen objects of different shapes and sizes at different times and taking different shapes at different times. Moreover, many people were facing many problems in the house. But I spoke to a man whose grandfather was originally the first in this house, he told us that when they used to harvest crops from the land and keep those crops in their houses, many robbers would come at night and take all their crops. Even starting from their money, cows, goats or animals were stolen, so once they were forced to leave this house due to the torture of robbers.
