A mosque built in 1793 and my travel.

Hello friends, I hope you are all doing well. Welcome to my new post. A few days ago I went to a very important place in Bangladesh. This is the largest district in our North Bengal and there are many beautiful old structures in this district that are very nice to see. There is a lot of history and heritage of Muslim culture that attracts people a lot. Apart from this, there are many Hindu structures in this city and the people here have preserved these old structures very beautifully. Also, the government has taken great care to preserve them.

This was basically our college trip. Where we friends had a lot of fun the day before and we decided that we would go there. Some of our friends did not want to go there but we all gave the majority opinion that we would travel and see the rivers and structures there. For this purpose, we left around ten in the morning. It was almost eleven in the morning when we went there. Basically, upon reaching there, we saw that the sun was almost above our heads. Since it is a bit cold at the moment, many people have put on cold clothes.

The name of this place is Antarnagar, which is located about 25 kilometers away from our Dinajpur city. We basically went there by auto rickshaw. After going there, we saw that a very big fair was being held there. Basically, it is a mosque, but apart from the mosque, there are many temples here, one of which is the Kantaji Temple in Kantanagar. But I will try to tell you about that later. Today I will try to tell you about this mosque.

One of the examples of Muslim archaeological monuments is the Nayabad Mosque in our Dinajpur city. This is a very old mosque and I think it is a pride of our country and our city. There are many examples of Muslim and Mahal periods in our region, which have made this city very important among the districts of North Bengal. The Nayabad Mosque in our Dinajpur district of North Bengal, which is a very famous mosque, has made many names of this country and our city shine. Our Muslim guidance is the most recent example of this Nayabad Mosque. It is originally a mosque located in Kaharul Upazila of Dinajpur district.

It was built during the Muslim period and was generally known as a holy place for Muslims at that time. It is still standing today. One of its special qualities is that this place was originally donated by a Hindu. It was once seen that many Hindu kings lived in this region and they owned a lot of land. Among them was a Hindu landlord who donated land to ordinary Muslims to build this mosque. It is basically located next to a river called Dhepa River. When we went there, we saw the river next to the mosque and it is quite big. The place of the mosque is located next to the river.

Basically, this beautiful view of the mosque fascinated me a lot. We went there and after going, I took many pictures there. We friends sat there and chatted for quite a long time. They were also taking quite a few pictures. I walked around the mosque and saw a small grave there. I didn't really understand whose grave it was, but the name was written there, so I didn't do it that way. There was a small donation box next to the grave where visitors who come here probably donate money for the mosque.

It is said that it was built in 1793. There were a few Muslim residences here who mainly prayed but there was no mosque for them, then the landlord built the mosque for them. But it can still be seen that prayers are offered here and many worshippers pray here. I went inside the mosque and saw quite a few things of Muslim monuments there. I saw many large pillars with many domes on top, but the mosque is very beautiful from the outside and also very beautiful inside. Inside, I could see these white stone monuments.

Thousands of visitors come here at certain times of the year to see this mosque. This three-domed mosque has two windows, one facing north and the other facing south. The windows seemed quite large to me. The graves of the masons who built this mosque are there and when they died, their graves were laid here next to the mosque. Many terracotta plaques can be seen on the walls of the mosque. I saw them and took pictures of them. However, I saw that they were in a very dilapidated state in some places. I hope you will like my post, thank you all.
