I took all the risks to go to this bay this week. With so much to do and so much to follow, I left it all behind and set off with the courage of a free spirit. I used the Antalya Kumluca road route to get to this bay, which takes about an hour from Antalya city center. Alacasu Bay, 10 minutes away from Kemer on the Mediterranean coast, is between the ancient city of Phaselis, which is often visited in summer, and the resort town of Çamyuva. Surrounded by pine forests with the Beydağları National Park along the coast, this paradise bay can be visited both by land and sea with its unique view. You can visit the bay every day. There is no specific time interval and you do not even have to pay a fee at the entrance. There are no facilities in the bay. Therefore, you can take food and drinks with you when you come here.
Bu hafta bu koya gidebilmek için, tüm riskleri göze almıştım. Yapılacak ve takip edilecek o kadar iş varken, hepsini geride bırakarak, özgürlükçü ruhun cesaretiyle yola çıktım. Antalya şehir merkezinden yaklaşık bir saat süren bu koya gelebilmek için, Antalya Kumluca yol güzergahını kullandım. The bay, which is connected to the Kemer district of Antalya, is sandwiched between two mountains. You can reach the bay with your car up to a certain point. Then you can reach the bay after a short walk on a muddy and dirt road in the forest. The beach of the bay is about 200 meters long with small pebbles and hard sand separating these stones. Around the beach, there are walking paths through the forest, camping and picnic areas and a small shoreline designed to accommodate ships. When viewed from the opposite side, it has a magnificent view of the sea and the interesting shapes of the rock stones on the shore. Noticing this beauty, blue tour boats and yachts often visit this bay in summer.

The bay is especially crowded in the summer, and despite the humid air of the Mediterranean, the forests surrounding it and the fact that it is at a low altitude, the sea can be exhilarated by the gentle winds that blow gently. One of the most beautiful things about this bay is that it is one of the spots where you can watch the sunrise in the early morning and the sunset in the evening in perfect beauty.

There is a large sandy and earthy area behind the bay beach. You can have a picnic and barbecue with your loved ones in this area. They have designated certain areas for lighting a fire. There is a fountain right in the middle of this area. This place is generally used for cleaning. There are access points to the mountain slope right next to the beach. From here you climb the slope and pass through points where you can see the sea and beautiful views. There are not many people around. Except for a few families, mostly fishing people come here. What do you say? Shall we sip our hot tea on the beach and watch the sea for a while? How beautiful the color of the sea is... I can see the color change from blue to turquoise.

In this forested area where we walk, we can lie down on the slopes, watch the magnificent view of the sea on the one hand, and on the other hand, we can rest by inhaling the smell of different herbs that come to our noses. If you have a tent, you can even set up a tent in these areas where you can see the sea clearly. A little above this forested area, there is an old cemetery inward. The local people have given a name to the old stones here. These hard large stones, called Cingi, look quite remarkable.

As I walked around the sea through the forest, I went downhill on a dirt road. I came to the shore of the sea. I discovered a narrow cove made of large pebbles and a large boulder that looked like a cave. You can probably swim here too. In this blind spot, which perhaps not many people know about, we can see the waves struggling with the wind more clearly. I witness the foamy visual feast of the sea water hitting the rocks. As you move along the seashore, the rocks on the shore, eroded by the waves, look vivid and very sharp. The indentations and protrusions of the rocks, which seem to follow each other symmetrically, also look very beautiful. The appearance of some of them is reminiscent of infinite empty space. When I touch them, I realize that they are quite hard and sharp.

The ancient city of Phaselis, located near Alacasu Bay, is accessible both by land and by sea. When we go around the sea through the forest, we can also reach the ancient city. Of course, this journey continues, seeing the beautiful views from the hills. The curved stones from the shore and the symmetrically arranged plant grasses also create interesting visual landscapes.

As we travel around the bay, we can see the islands and forests surrounding the sea. As we move through the forest, we step over stones that seem to be stuck to the ground. The smell of the magnificent herbs around us energizes us. We try to enjoy the day by enjoying the symphony of birdsong that we don't know where it comes from.

We tried to see all the beauties of the bay by crossing over the eroded rocks on the shore of the sea and the passage points formed in the forest. The most beautiful times of this region are in autumn and spring. In summer the beach is very crowded. Since the depth of the sea gradually increases on the shore, it is suitable for both adults and children. Especially in autumn, the sea turns turquoise and is very clear.
Denizin kıyısındaki aşınmış kayaların üstünden ve orman içinde oluşmuş geçiş noktalarını aşarak koyun tüm güzelliklerini görmeye çalıştık. Bu bölgenin en güzel zamanları sonbahar ve ilkbahar aylarında oluyor. Yaz aylarında plaj çok kalabalık oluyor. For a long time, both the weather conditions and the overlapping of some shortcomings had taken me away from nature. Thanks to this trip, I can say that I got rid of all the negativity. Until we meet again in new discoveries, stay with love and nature.
