She is the Goddess of Wisdom, the goddess of Knowledge, the goddess of Protection, the goddess of Intelligence, and the goddess of Repelling Disasters. Most of Kediri society was Hindus people until Arabian came to Indonesia to spread Islam. A small correction, according to Hinduism lord Ganesha is born as a son to goddess Parvati. I am not sure if there is another version of this in Indonesia.

Posts like these makes me wanna travel more. šŸ¤£
Wanting to see more of the world and learn more about other cultures

Ahh, Alright, Thanks for the correction, Inuke. I think you are right, I did browsing about ganesha and he is the son of Shiva (father) and Parvati (mother).

Yeah, Have you ever visit Bali? It's a paradise for Hindu People, many beautiful temples there and one of them is floating on the lake.

Me too. It's very nice to see awesome post about culture and travel from people around the world in Pinmapple community. I always wish I can travel many countries in the world one day
