Hello friends of Pinmapple. Today, because it is photography day, I wanted to show you a super special place that I had the opportunity to visit shortly before the pandemic began. It is located in the community of Villaguay, in the province of Entre Ríos in Argentina, it is the Ecological Reserve from La Chinita, a space reserved for the conservation of wildlife in the region.

The animals live in the wild but due to regular contact with humans they are very tame, some even allow themselves to be petted (always check first with the guides or park rangers if it is safe for both you and the animal, some simply do not like to be bothered)
If you get too close to the Guanacos and they get stressed, they spit on you.
Another of the wetlands, the amount of birds you can hear is incredible, and if you're lucky to see them, we even had the opportunity to be spectators at a birdwatchers meeting.
The Chigüire as it is known in Venezuela, in Argentina they are called Carpinchos, it is a protected species and it is common to see them anywhere in northern Argentina, even in green areas around cities, always near water.
some animals have been rescued and brought to the reserve so that they have a free and peaceful life.

It is also home to amphibians and reptiles such as painted turtles, we could see them from afar basking in the sun, and lagoon lizards.
The park has more than 14 hectares and you can request guided tours.
Not all roads are available all year, sometimes they are flooded and inaccessible.

It is a beautiful place to meet, to learn, to get in touch with nature and much more ethical than a zoo where the animals are caged. Hola amigos de Pinmapple. Hoy por ser día de fotografía les quería mostrar un lugar super especial que tuve la oportunidad de conocer poco antes de que comenzara la pandemia se encuentra ubicado en la comunidad de Villaguay, en la provincia de Entre Ríos en Argentina, se Trata de la Reserva Ecológica de La Chinita, un espacio reservado para la conservación de la vida silvestre en la región.
Uno de los varios humedales con los que cuenta la reserva.
Los animales viven en estado salvaje pero por el contacto habitual con humanos son muy mansos, algunos hasta se dejan acariciar (siempre consulta primero con los guías o guarda parques si es seguro tanto para ti como para el animal, a algunos simplemente no les gusta ser molestados)
Si te acercas mucho a los Guanacos y se estresan, te escupen.
Otra de los humedales, es increíble la cantidad de aves que puedes escuchar, y si tienes suerte ver, en el lugar, incluso tuvimos la oportunidad de ser espectadores en un encuentro de observadores de aves.
El Chigüire como se le conoce en Venezuela, en Argentina se les llama Carpinchos, es una especie protegida y es común verlos en cualquier lugar del norte de argentina, incluso dentro de areas verdes de los alrededores de las ciudades, siempre cerca del agua.

también es el hogar de anfibios y reptiles como tortugas pintadas, pudimos verlas de lejos tomando el sol y lagartos de laguna.
El parque tiene mas de 14 hectáreas y puedes solicitar visitas guiadas.
No todos los caminos están disponibles todo el año, a veces se inundan y quedan inaccesibles.

Es un hermoso lugar para conocer, para aprender, entrar en contacto con la naturaleza y mucho mas ético que un zoológico donde los animales están enjaulados.
