I remember back then in my school days when students do run out of funds and this is one challenging part that is not really easy for students to study especially when there is no money or food to sustain. This also used to be very difficult for me back then in school when there is no cash or foodstuffs with me so instead of me to allow that bother me I either go to my friend's place or sleep in my neighbors room lol because I know if I stay there something manageable will come out.

This have been one scope i normally use to sustain myself until I got a better means elsewhere lol. There was a day I was coming back from school and then I saw a woman who lives very close to us, she said she was going to pay her electricity bills, hearing this I volunteered to help her do so. She didn't want to accept at first because she knew I was coming back from school but since I agreed to she had no choice than to send me.
She said I shouldn't worry that if am back she would prepare something for me. Hearing that part I was excited because I knew I would eat something better for the day. When I came back she had already prepared a local dish called Amala and ewedu where she helped me packaged it in a nice take away. She then said I can be coming around in the evening to come and eat at their place if I want to. I thanked her then told her if I am chanced I will come.
One thing I noticed about them is that they always eat Amala and ewedu almost all the time and the Amala they always eat is white. I have always wanted to ask why but I ignored so that I won't miss the opportunity of the food am getting lol.
There was a day I went there and the woman is not around except for her daughter. I wanted to leave but the daughter said will I just go like that without eating that there is a little soup but no Amala that I should wait let her prepare it for me.
I told her let me prepare it myself and that how I ended up preparing that amount of Amala in the photo above lol. I thought the woman's daughter would eat as well because I never asked her and when I finished preparing it she said she wasn't eating that the food is only for me.
Looking at the amount of Amala, I decided to fight with it by eating it inside the pot and before the woman's daughter could know what was going on I have finished the food. After that day I decided not to go there again so that they won't conclude that I came to finish their food 🤣🤣.
