Hello Hivers Happy Tuesday am back back again to share with you a real-life drama that is full of laughter, stupidity, laziness, and economic situation
I once used to live in Lagos in the area called Bariga most of you would be familiar with that area my God if you had lived there drama that will put you to laughter does happen there and if you are cast it will trend for a while like the whole street is going to know your story you had to be walking in shame in the street;
I was still a boy then I used to believe that everyone putting on a decent shirt and suit always worked in a better organization company and earned good money but not until this happened I realized I had been living in fantasy all this while and had been stupid anyway in this reality of word we are now several things are bound to exist so nothing can't surprise or be new to me cause you won't be the first or last to do it
It all started in the compound near our house there was this brother called Brother Jide he had a lot of beard which looked like the one of a gorilla on his face and he had dropped out of school for over a long time ago nobody knew he had drop out cause he never told anyone and has been like a gentleman that's not even the case the same guy Jide in question have been in search of a job hunt for over a while he usually moves about with a Folder and dress in a suit and wore a black leather shoe although it easily recognizable when you see someone dressing like that you would have known immediately that he is looking for a work and each time he goes out he always looks turned down maybe he was not given a job eventually
It was this specific Monday that Jide was moving as the usual way to look for a job he decided to change destination and look somewhere he hasn't been to he went on ahead and reached Lagos he was tired and wanted to relax a little before moving where he was relaxing he noticed a rich man packed in front of a beggar that sitting down by the roadside placing a plate and begging for money but the beggar was cripple the rich man whine down his front glass and came down and drop a bundle of cash in the beggars plate the beggar was happy that he thanked the man the rich man left immediately to avoid crowd seeing him jide noticed this and that day his thinking mentality changed he left in amusement he said to himself if a beggar could receive this much money not to talk of me who is still in a better state then who am I not to act as one
Jide went home that day with the thought buried inside his head thinking of what to do and how to go about it next he went inside his belongings and brought out his cloth and look for a cloth that was big enough and could be described as a beggar cloth and looked for a Sunglass that is dark so they will think he is blind he had set everything he needs into motion to put on the act of a beggar he also brought out a suitcase where he packed everything inside and waited patiently till the morning to move out
It was daybreak jide wore his suit as usual and was moving out a little he was dressed ever cleaner than before the only difference was that he was holding a suitcase not a folder anymore; it was a perfect disguise he tried it out the first day only God knows where he changed his cloth to dresses as a beggar and in the night he will reach home been happy and the funniest thing is that when he came back he bought a lot of stuff home and also went to beer parlour to have some bottle of beer on his first day I think the business was good for him, he has been living like that for awhile that a mother beat up her child and abusing her child saying you see him he has been hustling for quite a while to get a job and now God has finally done it and given him one he comes home with money is better you wise up and be like him but little did they know what his lifestyle was;
You know there is a saying that says 99 days for the thief one day for the owner he was were he was doing his beggar daily job not until this event happened Jide was there begging as usual he usually put a plate in front of him disguise his self as a Blind Man that needed help this day his secret was opened and led him to his death this fateful day a woman who was living in the same street as jide came to that market place to buy some stock fish and pepper just ingredients she needs to cook food as she was moving she saw someone who looks like Jide begging money she moved closer but Jide didn't knew who the woman was the woman was she went close to him and take out a N20 naira note at the same time was staring at the person that this person was looking like Someone she knew as she was approaching to drop the money she stretched her hand and removed the glass and shouted brother Jide! People in surrounding quickly came out and said woman didn't u see this person is blind and why you shouting the woman went on and said he is not blind Ooo he lived in same area as me and this morning I even saw him left the house wearing a nice suit and shoe we always thought he works in a big company with the way he act as the woman was narrating Jide wanted to flew away from the scene like his cover was been blown people notice it and chase him, they chased him to the extent that he wanted to cross the road and was run-over by a Trailer Truck, people was being annoyed saying that what his good for him one went further and say we usually see him here each day acting as a beggar and we thought he was blind people usually drop money in his plate, people commented now and then about the despicable act of that young man
The same woman who saw him reached home that day and narrated everything that happens that day to the landlord of where he uses to stay and before you know it the story spread like wildfire to every one saying so we have such a despicable man among us in this area even the woman which always praise that man was feeling ashamed of her action not everyone who looks good on the outside and his clean inside be wise!!
