Took the dragon princess for a fall night fishing excursion a few evenings back. The breeze was a little more bitter than we'd of liked, but weather has never been one to stop my lure from getting wet.
That was the nicest one I caught. I felt bad as @lunamoon hadn't caught anything going on two hours. So, we decided to go to her spot over there on the rocks at duck pond.
As we rounded a corner of the water, we saw several frogs jump away, which led to seeing several minnows trapped in the more shallow water. She spent 30 minutes using various tools of her creation to ultimately hand land that tiny panfish. But, she did catch a fish and the warmth of her smile and happiness made her forget the nippy wind. She was in her zone.
Speaking of zones and undertones, before I forget, REMEMBER TO BE YOU! I always am, even spending half an hour watching a young lady determined to catch something. It was beautiful.
Wanna find me on that other shit?
