Привіт! Перші згадки про Львів датуються 1256 роком. А вже через 16 років він стає столицею князівства. У 2006 році стародавнє місто з надзвичайно багатою історією відзначило свій 750-річний ювілей і монета з нейзильберу стала пам'яткою цієї події. Виріб введений в обіг 26 квітня.
Монета 750 років м. Львів важить 16.54 г й має розмір 35 мм. Загалом було випущено 60 тисяч штук. Для допису “Серія “Стародавні міста України”. Монета 750 років м. Львів, нейзильбер, номінал 5 гривень, 2006 рік” використано дві світлини з офіційного сайту НБУ. Монета має рифлений гурт. Номінал 5 гривень.
Реверс. Центральну частину монети займає панорама міста. Вона виконана у 17 столітті італійським художником Барталомео Пассаротті, до речі, засновника відомого жанру у мистецтві — натюрморту. В нижній частині викарбувано назву монети, вгорі — елемент печатки міста.
Лицьова сторона. У верхній частині нанесено назву регулятора. Нижче зображено голову лева. У правій частині від нього нанесено рік виготовлення монети та лого МД, зліва — Герб. Номінал вказано внизу виробу з нейзильберу.

The name of the coin is engraved in the lower part, the element of the city seal is at the top.
Front side. The name of the controller is printed in the upper part. Below is a lion's head. In the right part of it, the year of production of the coin and the MD logo are inscribed, on the left - the Coat of Arms. The denomination is indicated at the bottom of the nickel silver product.
