Сьогодні ранок не добрий прийшов у місто Бровари. За ще не відомих причин там розбився гвинтокрил ДСНС. Падіння прийшлось на житловий квартал: між дитячим садочком і багатоповерхівкою. Спалахнула пожежа.
Наслідки падіння гелікоптера погані:

Під час аварії у дитячому садку перебували діти.
Всього наразі відомо про 16 загиблих, з них 2 дітей. Із 16 загиблих на борту гвинтокрила перебували 9 осіб.

The consequences of a helicopter crash are bad:

Children were in the kindergarten at the time of the accident.
In total, 16 people are known to have died, including 2 children. Of the 16 dead, 9 people were on board the rotorcraft.

Після цього повідомлення стало відомо, що серед дітей вже троє загиблих, загалом 18 загиблих. Імовірно, кількість постраждалих збільшуватиметься, адже досі тривають рятувальні заходи.
Слідство ще встановлюватиме, що могло стати причиною падіння гелікоптера, але є припущення, що через помилку пілота, туман (погана видимість), крім того, відсутність електроенергії, внаслідок чого сигнальні маячки на висотках також не працюють.
Дитячий садочок працював, в ньому були діти, персонал. Таку трагедію неможливо уявити, адже це навіть не військові дії, а трапилось таке.

The investigation will still determine what could have caused the helicopter to fall, but there is speculation that it was due to pilot error, fog (poor visibility), in addition to the lack of electricity, as a result of which the beacons on the high-rises also did not work.
The kindergarten was working, there were children and staff in it. It is impossible to imagine such a tragedy, because it is not even military action, but such a thing happened.
