Привіт! Напевно, що ви вже бачили допис PlanB. Він виявився не зовсім тим, ким його вважали прихильники Біткоїна. Анонім з Нідерландів тривалий час був прихильником свободи й тут заявив про свою інвестицію в ETF. Відтепер він вже не переймається за свої приватні ключі — все децентралізовано.
Причин, чому PlanB пішов на такий крок декілька. Як заявив сам трейдер, це пов'язано з особливостями оподаткування в Нідерландах. Чи може в такий спосіб він прорекламував за певну суму ETF на Біткоїн, популяризуючи її й підкреслюючи зручність такого способу інвестицій. Та в будь-якому випадку за багато років роботи з Біткоїном PlanB, мабуть забув те, що написав Сатоші — мережа має функціонувати без третьої сторони. А централізований ETF є третьою стороною.
Мені не дуже це подобається, але цей трейдер може й має рацію. Світ цілком може рухатися до централізації децентралізованого, можливо не повної, але все-таки централізації. Для багатьох власне розпорядження приватними ключами дійсно є проблемою. І може статися так, що переважна більшість людей в недалекому майбутньому буде тримати в банку. But in any case, over the years of working with Bitcoin, PlanB must have forgotten what Satoshi wrote - the network should function without a third party. And a centralized ETF is a third party.
I don't really like it, but this trader may be right. The world may well move towards centralization of the decentralized, perhaps not complete, but still centralization.
