Important and HUGE Announcement
It is Official,
the Photographers Community is entering the Inleo (@leofinance) Battles & War challenge!
For those who have missed their Post with this information, I will be telling you all about in here! But I would recommend you to go and read the whole post. (Inleo announcement post with all the information)
There is one biggest and probably the most IMPORTANT change happening.
From now on you must start using the hashtag #photographers on your threads and long format posts!
What does the community need to know?
If you read the [Inleo](https://inleo.io/signup?referral=sergiomendes) post you already know what are the Commnunity Battles & Wars, in resume and simplifying it for everyone, it is an initiative to promote growth and engagement, not only inside each community, but also to help the whole inleo ecosystem grow.
What do you have to win participating? We will get to that a little bit later, but know that are a lot of curation and some other rewards for the community members of course!
And That's why the use of the hashtag #photographers on your threads and long format posts is very important.
How can we get points?
- Create threads on inleo using the hashtag #photographers
- Create long format threads, posted on the photographers community
- The votes on the threads and replies with hashtag #photographers count
- The votes on the threads and replies on long format posts in the community count
It is very simple, we just do what we have been doing, and keep engaging, but now under our own hashtag.
Another way to earn points is by onboarding new members to inleo using the community's referral code. That is also very important, and even for me, you know that is something I have been trying. More information and plan on that in another post.
The Battles are 1 week long, each week there will be 1 winning community that will take 250 points.
The War ends after 4 battles (4 weeks) and on top of the 1000 points that have been distributed by 4 communities, there is a final mission that awards 500 points and can change everything. That is the onboarding external users.
What can YOU win with this
First of all, I have received a BIG delegation of 100K LEO POWER to curate your threads under the community hashtag and also your long form posts created with inleo and posted on the Photographers community.
Then, there is a lot of curation that will also be done by the inleo team during the battles, once again, both for threads but probably even more for the long format blog posts.

Every Battle (weekly) the winning community will have a Poll to select a member to be the MVP of the week and they will receive a 1 FREE MONTH PREMIUM on inleo. That means if we work hard, there are 4 FREE Month Premiums to be earned by you.

We might be a smaller community in numbers, compared with some other communities in here. But we have the passion for the art of photography and that is what will keep us going strong.
Let's not get intimidated. This will be fun and I personally think that there is a lot to win for every single photographer that is joining in and participating. We all know the potential of the blockchain already, but with a place like inleo, this is literally heavenly for photographers.
