PRIMER SALIDA CON EL NUEVO BEBÉ (ESP/ENG)

El día de ayer salimos por primera vez a dar un paseo largo con nuestro nuevo bebecito, fuimos a un parque a unos cuantos minutos de la casa. Anteriormente habíamos salido solamente a dar una vuelta por la misma colonia donde vivimos, pero eran paseos cortos de máximo media hora, ayer salimos alrededor de 3 horas.

Yesterday we went out for the first time for a long walk with our new baby, we went to a park a few minutes from the house. Previously we had only gone out for a walk in the same neighborhood where we live, but they were short walks of maximum half an hour, yesterday we went out for around 3 hours.

Principalmente necesitábamos esta salida porque Adam mi hijo mayor no ha salido mucho o tenido oportunidad de jugar mucho con otros niños, el bebé nació en vacaciones y aún no regresan a clases, así que Adam ha estado encerrado todo este tiempo. Ha sido algo difícil el bebé, es un bebecito muy exigente, cuando tiene hambre, sueño o quiere que lo carguen llora demasiado y grita mucho, llora con odio jajaja a veces se escucha como que llora enojado 🤣 así que sabe lo que quiere y no dudará en exigirlo, por eso la verdad me da miedo salir con él algunas veces 🤣🤣🤣 afortunadamente está creciendo y se adapta más a las salidas, le gusta mucho pasear y casi siempre se queda dormido todo el camino.

Mainly we needed this outing because Adam my oldest son hasn't been out much or had a chance to play much with the other kids, the baby was born on vacation and they're not back in school yet so Adam has been cooped up all this time. The baby has been somewhat difficult, he is a very demanding little baby, when he is hungry, sleepy or wants to be carried he cries too much and screams a lot, he cries with hatred hahaha sometimes it sounds like he is crying angry 🤣 so he knows what he wants and not he will hesitate to demand it, that's why the truth is that I'm afraid to go out with him sometimes 🤣🤣🤣 fortunately he is growing up and adapts more to outings, he really likes to walk and almost always falls asleep all the way.

Ayer en el parque hicimos un picnic, llevamos hamburguesas caseras y compramos elotes y bebidas, nos sentamos a comer un ratito y después fuimos a caminar. Al final Adam estuvo jugando en los jueguitos y convivió con algunos niños, como siempre no se quería ir 🤣 pero tuvimos que irnos porque ya estaba anocheciendo. Llegamos bastante cansados porque no habíamos caminado tanto últimamente, por estar en casa casi siempre atendiendo al bebé, pero nos hizo muy bien salir, poco a poco iremos volviendo a la vida, a salir, hacer mil cosas y no resentiremos tanto estás salidas.

Yesterday we had a picnic in the park, we brought homemade hamburgers and bought corn and drinks, we sat down to eat for a while and then we went for a walk. In the end Adam was playing in the games and spent time with some children, as always he didn't want to leave 🤣 but we had to leave because it was already getting dark. We arrived quite tired because we had not walked so much lately, because we were almost always at home taking care of the baby, but it was very good for us to go out, little by little we will return to life, go out, do a thousand things and we will not resent these outings so much.

El bebé estuvo agusto mucho tiempo, sólo lloró cuando tenía hambre y al final ya casi cuando íbamos de regreso a casa, ya no quiso estar en su carreola y quería ir cargado. En general la pasamos muy bien en familia, aunque se nos hizo muy corto el paseo 🤷🏻‍♀️ a veces se nos vuelve algo agobiante cuando tenemos un bebecito recién nacido, se nos van los días y las noches enteras en cuidarlo, el mundo de afuera pareciera estar pausado, como si no existiera para nosotros, el bebé nos consume y de repente ya se acabó el día y ni cuenta nos dimos, pero esto es sólo una etapa y pronto todo volverá a la normalidad, una nueva normalidad con un nuevo integrante, nuestro bebé ❤️

The baby was comfortable for a long time, he only cried when he was hungry and in the end, almost when we were going back home, he no longer wanted to be in his stroller and wanted to be carried. In general, we had a great time as a family, although the walk was very short 🤷🏻‍♀️ sometimes it becomes a bit overwhelming when we have a newborn baby, we spend the whole days and nights taking care of it, the world of outside it seems to be paused, as if it didn't exist for us, the baby consumes us and suddenly the day is over and we didn't even notice, but this is just a stage and soon everything will return to normal, a new normal with a new member, our baby ❤️
