QUÉ LLEVO EN LA MALETA DEL BEBÉ PARA EL HOSPITAL (ESP/ENG)

Qué tal comunidad de motherhood, quisiera compartirles cómo hice la maleta que llevaré al hospital para mi bebé el día del parto. Aquí en mi país se suele dejar un día solamente a la mamá y el bebé en el hospital en caso de parto natural, lo cual hasta el momento será mi caso, esperando que no pase ninguna situación que me haga pasar por una cesárea y otra complicación 🤞🏻

Hello motherhood community, I would like to share with you how I packed the bag that I will take to the hospital for my baby on the day of delivery. Here in my country, only the mother and the baby are left in the hospital for one day in the event of a natural birth, which until now will be my case, hoping that no situation will happen that makes me go through a cesarean section and another complication. 🤞🏻

La maleta la hice hace dos semanas aproximadamente, más o menos cuando tuve las 38 semanas de embarazo (al día de hoy ya tengo 39.6 semanas) ya que el ginecólogo me comentó que en algunas ocasiones a partir del segundo embarazo los bebés pueden nacer a partir de la semana 38.

I packed the suitcase approximately two weeks ago, more or less when I was 38 weeks pregnant (as of today I am already 39.6 weeks) since the gynecologist told me that on some occasions after the second pregnancy, babies can be born from of week 38.

Lo que hice fue utilizar una bolsa grande que uso cuando vamos a alguna alberca o lugar donde necesito llevar muchas cosas, ya que en esta ocasión no quise comprar pañalera, prefiero llevar mi propia bolsa ya cuando nazca el bebé, una bolsa más normal 😅 que no tenga apariencia que es de bebé 🤣 claro que sea grandecita para que quepan mis cosas y las del bebé.

What I did was use a large bag that I use when we go to a pool or place where I need to carry many things, since this time I did not want to buy a diaper bag, I prefer to carry my own bag when the baby is born, a more normal bag 😅 than It doesn't look like it's a baby 🤣 of course it should be big so that my things and the baby's things fit.

Así que puse lo siguiente, cada cosa en una bolsa plástica: 👶🏻 tres cambios de ropa (pañalero, gorrito, guantes, calcetas, pantalón y un pañal) 👶🏻 un paquete de toallitas húmedas 👶🏻 un paquete de 37 pañales (eran 40, pero de ahí saqué 3 para hacer los 3 cambios de ropa del bebé 👶🏻 cosas de limpieza y cuidado personal del bebé (crema corporal, peine, perilla para mocos/flemas, pomada para rozaduras, un biberón por si acaso y un chupón) 👶🏻 6 toallitas faciales 👶🏻 2 sabanitas 👶🏻 una bata o sabanita de lactancia (para cubrirse al dar pecho).

So I put the following, each thing in a plastic bag: 👶🏻 three changes of clothes (diaper bag, hat, gloves, socks, pants and a diaper) 👶🏻 a pack of wet wipes 👶🏻 a pack of 37 diapers (there were 40 , but from there I got 3 to make the 3 changes of clothes for the baby 👶🏻 cleaning and personal care items for the baby (body cream, comb, knob for snot/phlegm, ointment for chafing, a bottle just in case and a pacifier) 👶🏻 6 facial wipes 👶🏻 2 sheets 👶🏻 a lactation gown or sheet (to cover up when breastfeeding).
