Como padres debemos gestionarlo para que nuestros hijos pasen días agradables y felices, aunque muchas veces pensemos que no tenemos opciones, siempre hay una que el destino nos prepara. Esta es mi experiencia de Semana Santa en la que pensé que mi hija pasaría unos días muy aburridos, sin embargo no fue así.

As parents we must manage it so that our children spend pleasant and happy days, although many times we think that we have no options, there is always one that destiny prepares for us. This is my Easter experience in which I thought that my daughter would spend some very boring days, however it was not like that.

Dependiendo del territorio, lugar, país o ciudad donde nos encontremos, las tradiciones culturales son muy diferentes, particularmente en mi ciudad natal, exactamente en el oriente del país, se acostumbra celebrar visitando las playas o ríos, haciendo comidas típicas de el tiempo en casa, como el pescado, la cuajada y los dulces de frutas como la ciruela o el mango.

Depending on the territory, place, country or city where we are, the cultural traditions are very different, particularly in my hometown, exactly in the east of the country, it is customary to celebrate by visiting the beaches or rivers, making typical meals of the time at home , such as fish, curd and fruit sweets such as plum or mango.

Bueno, en mis 29 años de vida había oído hablar de una tradición especial en Semana Santa llamada fiestas de Pascua. Nunca me interesó mucho aprender o investigar más sobre el tema, pero ahora, como muchos ya saben, estoy viviendo en un país nuevo que, para mi sorpresa, tiene esta tradición como un acto muy especial que todo habitante nativo no puede perderse. Eso sí, para ellos es muy grato poder compartir sus costumbres y tradiciones con inmigrantes .

Well, in my 29 years of life I had heard of a special tradition in Holy Week called Easter parties. I was never very interested in learning or researching more on the subject, but now, as many already know, I am living in a new country that, to my surprise, has this tradition as a very special act that every native inhabitant cannot miss. Of course, for them it is very pleasant to be able to share their customs and traditions with foreign immigrants.

Easter came, my daughter asked if we were going to the beaches, but we are in a very cold city and a bit far from the beaches, she also asked when
The Easter bunny would arrive because in her school there was a lot of talk about it, I really offered her the little information I could give her, however her teacher managed to read her a beautiful story and invited her to wait for a special Easter day in
at school. There are always new things to learn and our minds have open doors to immerse ourselves in some activity that leaves us with beautiful messages and cultural knowledge.

Inclusion in Holy Week activities ( Easter )

Este año mi hija ha tenido la oportunidad de participar en actividades relacionadas con la semana fiesta de pascua, su primera experiencia fue en la escuela, donde un simpático conejito de pascua visitaba cada salón de clases y a través de pistas
y juegos donde cada niño encuentra un huevo de chocolate como símbolo de la Pascua. Estaba muy contenta de haber participado en esta actividad que era algo nuevo para ella.

This year my daughter has had the opportunity to participate in activities related to the Easter party week, her first experience was at school, where a friendly Easter bunny visited each classroom and through clues
and games where each child finds a chocolate egg as a symbol of Easter. She was very happy to have participated in this activity which was something new for her.

Por otro lado ella fue invitada a una actividad infantil en una iglesia a la cual por supuesto no perdimos la oportunidad de asistir y participar, allí cada niño hizo sus propias galletas aludiendo a un conejito de pascua también lo decoraron a su mejor estilo y para Por supuesto Reyno imaginación Mientras cada niño jugaba y se divertía, también aprovecharon para comer unos dulces.

On the other hand she was invited to a children's activity in a church which of course we did not miss the opportunity to attend and participate, there each child made their own cookies alluding to an Easter bunny they also decorated it in their best style and for course Reyno imagination While each child played and had fun, they also took the opportunity to eat some sweets.

Por un momento pensé que mi hija podría estar un poco aburrida esta Semana Santa pero realmente se divirtió y disfrutó cada actividad en la que tuvo la oportunidad de participar y compartir con muchos nuevos amigos.

For a moment I thought that my daughter might be a bit bored this Easter but she really had fun and enjoyed every activity she had the opportunity to participate in and share with many new friends.

Ver a mi hija feliz no tiene precio, orgullosa de ser su madre y agradecida con Dios por permitirme pasar días agradables y cálidos a su lado, aprendiendo y compartiendo divertidas experiencias juntas. Espero que vosotros también hayáis podido disfrutar de la Semana Santa con vuestros hijos.

Seeing my daughter happy is priceless, proud to be her mother and grateful to God for allowing me to spend pleasant and warm days by her side, learning and sharing fun experiences together. I hope that you have also been able to enjoy Easter with your children.

La Semana Santa es una de las épocas del año más sentidas, emotivas y especiales en gran parte del mundo. Esta gran semana se celebra, es un momento especial para compartir en familia, visitar un templo religioso, recordar a ese gran hombre que vino a este mundo, murió crucificado para borrar nuestros pecados y darnos una esperanza de vida ese gran hombre que resucitó en el tercer día.

Easter is one of the most heartfelt, emotional and special times of the year in much of the world. This great week is celebrated, it is a special moment to share with the family, visit a religious temple, remember that great man who came to this world, died crucified to erase our sins and give us a hope of life that great man who rose in the third day.
