Es un placer estar aquí de nuevo en mi querida comunidad de Motherhood y poder saludar a todas las madres, padres e hijos que hacen vida aquí, deseándoles que estén muy bien con las personas que aman y hacen que nuestras vidas sean cada día más bonitas. Como padres queremos ganarnos el respeto y la confianza de nuestros hijos, es el logro que todos queremos alcanzar y para ello debemos cumplir siempre con nuestra palabra.

It is a pleasure to be here again for my dear Motherhood community and to be able to greet all the mothers, fathers and children who make life here, wishing them to be very well with the people they love and make our lives more beautiful every day. As parents, we want to earn the respect and trust of our children, it is the achievement that we all want to reach and for that we must always keep our word.

Hace unas semanas compartí con todos ustedes que con la llegada de las vacaciones de nuestros hijos, es momento de compartir en familia en esos días, para que nuestros pequeños se relajen después de cumplir con sus obligaciones escolares, y más cuando su esfuerzo se ve reflejado en sus calificaciones. Por esta razón hoy les comparto una salida que estaba en nuestra agenda planeada en familia, como fue pasar un día diferente en un río, algo importante que he tomado en cuenta cuando planeo algo en familia es llevarlo a feliz término, es cierto que pueden surgir circunstancias que retrasen la meta, pero nunca no lograrla.

A few weeks ago I shared with all of you that with the arrival of our children's vacations, it is a time to share with the family in those days, so that our little ones can relax after fulfilling their school obligations, and even more when their effort is reflected in their grades. For this reason today I share with you an outing that was on our agenda planned as a family, as it was to spend a different day in a river, something important that I have taken into account when I plan something as a family is to bring it to a happy ending, it is true that circumstances may arise that delay the goal, but never not to achieve it.

En otras ocasiones hemos ido a ríos juntos en familia, pero esta vez fue algo especial, esto porque era un río que yo visitaba de niño, pero no habíamos tenido la oportunidad de ir en familia, de hecho la última vez que fui ya era una adolescente, para todos fue una aventura emocionante, quería que mi familia conociera donde yo disfruté muchas veces. Aquí en mi estado Trujillo hay muchos ríos para disfrutar, con aguas muy frías por cierto.

El río que visitamos se conoce con el nombre de Agua Clara, una hermosa zona montañosa con hermosos paisajes y aves, pero para llegar al lugar que queríamos tuvimos que ir río arriba y caminar una media hora más o menos, de hecho el lugar se llama "La Piedrona" porque hay grandes rocas a ambos lados por donde pasa el río. Fue toda una aventura mientras nos acercábamos al lugar y disfrutábamos de las refrescantes aguas. Al llegar fue emocionante y vinieron a mi memoria tantos momentos hermosos que viví, y ahí estaba ahora con mi familia para guardar nuevos recuerdos con la gente que quiero.

On other occasions we have gone to rivers together as a family, but this time it was something special, this because it was a river that I visited as a child, but we had not had the opportunity to go as a family, in fact the last time I went I was already a teenager, for everyone it was an exciting adventure, I wanted my family to know where I enjoyed many times. Here in my state of Trujillo there are a lot of rivers to enjoy, with very cold waters by the way.

The river we visited is known by the name of Agua Clara, a beautiful mountainous area with beautiful scenery and birds, but to get to the place we wanted we had to go upstream and walk about half an hour or so, in fact the place is called "La Piedrona" because there are large rocks on both sides where the river passes. It was quite an adventure as we got closer to the place and enjoyed the refreshing waters. Upon arrival it was exciting and came to my memory so many beautiful moments that I lived, and there I was now with my family to keep new memories with the people I love.

Realmente pasamos un hermoso día, a mi hijo le encantó el lugar, me alegró mucho que le gustara, y de esta manera disfrutó de sus merecidas vacaciones para recuperar fuerzas para cuando tenga que retomar sus actividades escolares. El agua estaba un poco fría y la disfrutamos mucho, el lugar me dio la oportunidad de compartir con mi hijo y mi esposa lo que yo había vivido cuando era joven, de hecho el agua cubría más de la mitad de las rocas porque la gente hacían una represa para hacer un enorme pozo en aquellos años.

We really had a beautiful day, my son loved the place, I was very happy that he liked it, and in this way he enjoyed his well-deserved vacation to regain strength for when he has to resume his school activities. The water was a little cold and we enjoyed it very much, the place gave me the opportunity to share with my son and my wife what I had experienced when I was young, in fact the water covered more than half of the rocks because people made a dam to make a huge well in those years.

Todos estuvimos encantados de pasar un día tan agradable para relajarnos y alejarnos del ajetreo de la ciudad, además de hacer ver a nuestro hijo la importancia de cumplir lo que prometemos, forjando así lazos de amistad y respeto.

We were all very pleased for such a nice day to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, as well as to make our son see the importance of fulfilling what we promise to do, thus forging bonds of friendship and respect.
