Ya estamos muy cerca de la fecha de la nueva operación quirúrgica del brazo de mi hija Lucia y gracias a Dios su progreso ha sido satisfactorio, tiene buena movilidad tanto en el brazo como en la mano y de acuerdo a los estudios y radiografías todos marcha bien, estamos esperanzados en que pronto su brazo estara sano completamente y hoy les comparto los avances de su última consulta medica con su médico traumatólogo!🙏🏼✨
Hi Motherhood Community 💫 We are very close to the date of my daughter Lucia's new arm surgery and thank God her progress has been satisfactory, she has good mobility in both arm and hand and according to the studies and x-rays everything is going well, we are hopeful that soon her arm will be completely healthy and today I share with you the progress of her last medical consultation with her orthopedic doctor!🙏🏼✨
La próxima semana está pautada la operación de Lucia para retirar el soporte metálico que tiene dentro del brazo, esto nos tiene bastante ansiosos y a la vez esperanzados en que ya pronto nuestra bebé estará bien. Acudimos a la consulta de esta semana con su traumatólogo quien le hizo la cura correspondiente a la herida del brazo y también hizo los movimientos de rutina con Lucia, gracias a Dios su movilidad es bastante buena y en los dedos que era donde le molestaba un poco el movimiento ya lo ha ido superando.
Next week Lucia is scheduled for surgery to remove the metal support that she has inside her arm, this has us quite anxious and at the same time hopeful that soon our baby will be fine. We went to the consultation this week with her orthopedic surgeon who did the corresponding healing to the arm wound and also did the routine movements with Lucia, thank God her mobility is quite good and in the fingers which was where the movement bothered her a little bit, she has been overcoming it.
En esta consulta le indicaron realizar una radiografía para verificar el avance de la fractura, así que fuimos al área de rayos X y logramos hacer el estudio, está imagen es bastante fuerte porque ver el soporte dentro del huesito es algo perturbador pero gracias a Dios en la misma se evidencia que ya está casi formado por completo el cayo del hueso y la fractura está casi invisible, el hueso está sanando bien y estamos muy felices por eso.
In this consultation she was instructed to take an x-ray to verify the progress of the fracture, so we went to the X-ray area and we were able to do the study, this image is quite strong because seeing the support inside the bone is somewhat disturbing but thank God in the image it is evident that the fall of the bone is almost completely formed and the fracture is almost invisible, the bone is healing well and we are very happy about that.
La doctora de Lucia está bastante complacida y sorprendida con la rápida recuperación de mi hija, ella le indico continuar con los ejercicios de estiramiento del brazo y curas en casa hasta la próxima semana que debemos hacer una nueva radiografía preoperatoria y realizar los trámites necesarios en la clínica para la operación. Estamos sumamente agradecidos con Dios y con la traumatóloga porque aunque no ha sido facil el camino de la recuperación del brazo de Lucia vamos por muy buen camino y cada vez falta menos para que ella esté bien y pueda volver a sus actividades con normalidad y a jugar con sus amiguitos a los que tanto extraña.
Lucia's doctor is very pleased and surprised with my daughter's quick recovery, she has instructed her to continue with the arm stretching exercises and home cures until next week when we have to do a new preoperative x-ray and make the necessary arrangements at the clinic for the operation. We are extremely grateful to God and to the traumatologist because although the road to recovery of Lucia's arm has not been easy, we are on the right track and it is getting closer and closer for her to be well and be able to return to her normal activities and to play with her friends whom she misses so much.
