Mi valiente mudó sus dientes [Esp-Eng]

Hola querida comunidad de @motherhood, después de muchos días sin publicar, al fin logro volver, muchas cosas han pasado y espero tener valor para escribirlas pronto, pero por ahora quiero hablarles de mi príncipe y de como todo cambio muy rápido en los últimos días.

Hello dear @motherhood community, after many days without posting, I finally get to come back, many things have happened and I hope I have the courage to write them soon, but for now I want to tell you about my prince and how everything changed very fast in the last days.

Hace unas semanas mi príncipe empezó una nueva etapa en su vida, la de mudar sus dientitos de leche.

Ese día yo estaba superestresada por la publicación de mi post sobre el powerup, por lo que no cené en familia, así que Jorge cenó con su hermano y su papá, lo vi que terminó de comer y se levantó calladito, se metió a la cama sin decir nada, asumí que tenía frío, pero cuando termine el post, me fui a hacerle cariños y me dijo: mami tengo un problema, me mostró que se le había aflojado un diente. Inmediatamente, le recordé que habíamos hablado de que los dientes se mudan una sola vez en la vida, que es un proceso normal, pero que una vez mudados los dientitos debemos cuidarlos muchísimo más.
Después de nuestra charla le anunciamos a su papá y a su hermano que tenía un diente flojo.

A few weeks ago my prince started a new stage in his life, that of shedding his baby teeth.

That day I was super stressed because of the publication of my post about the powerup, so I did not have dinner with the family, so Jorge had dinner with his brother and his dad, I saw him finish eating and he got up quietly, he went to bed without saying anything, I assumed he was cold, but when I finished the post, I went to make him cuddles and he told me: mommy I have a problem, he showed me that one of his teeth had loosened. > Immediately, I reminded her that we had talked about how teeth only come out once in a lifetime, that it is a normal process, but that once the teeth have come out we should take extra care of them.
After our talk we announced to her dad and brother that she had a loose tooth.

Empezamos a hablar del ratón Pérez, del hada de los dientes y todo eso, y le saltó una pregunta más "mamá y cuántas monedas me traerá el ratón Pérez?"

Yo le dije que capaz le traía un billete de 200. Él sonrió y se puso a jugar. Antes de la hora de cepillarse me dijo: "mamá, me voy a sacar el diente, así me darán mis monedas hoy mismo"

We started talking about the tooth fairy, tooth fairy and all that, and one more question jumped out at him "mom and how many coins will the tooth fairy bring me?"

I told him I might bring him a 200 bill. He smiled and started to play. Before brushing time he said, "mom, I'm going to take out my tooth, so I'll get my coins today."

Por más que le expliqué que podía esperar, él se empezó a mover el diente hasta que lo dejo colgando de un hilito, entones ya era evidente que se lo sacaría, y aunque estaba estresado por la posibilidad de que doliera, apenas pasaron unos minutos cuando me lo puso en la mano para que lo guardara para el ratón Pérez.
En la mañana consiguió sus billetes y se alegró mucho, pues los pondría en su alcancía.

As much as I explained to him that he could wait, he started to move the tooth until it was hanging by a thread, then it was evident that he was going to take it out, and although he was stressed about the possibility of it hurting, only a few minutes passed when he put it in my hand so that I could keep it for the tooth fairy.
In the morning he got his bills and was very happy to put them in his piggy bank.

Unos días después notamos que no tenía un solo diente brotando de su encía, tenía dos. Estaban creciendo justo detrás del diente de leche que no había aflojado aún, le di unos días a ver si aflojaba, pero no fue así.
El día martes nos tocaba el reinicio de las terapias de psicomotricidad, por lo que aprovechamos en pasar por el odontólogo a ver qué nos decían.
El doctor me explicó, que aunque a veces pasa así, era mejor extraer el diente que apenas se aflojaba.
Jorge estaba muy nervioso, pero siempre ha sido valiente, cuando el doctor le dijo que iba a ponerle un poco de anestesia en crema para poder proceder a aflojar el diente, él colaboró.
Tras unos minutos el doctor anuncio que ya estaba listo para retirar el diente, así que le puso un poco más de anestésico, espero 3 minutos y lo saco.
Yo temblaba de nervios, pero Jorge solamente se preocupaba por dónde estaba su diente, debía llevárselo para que el ratón Pérez viniera.

A few days later we noticed that she didn't have one tooth erupting from her gum, she had two. They were growing right behind the baby tooth that had not yet loosened, I gave him a few days to see if it would loosen, but it did not.

On Tuesday we had to restart the psychomotor therapies, so we took the opportunity to go to the dentist to see what they had to say.

The doctor explained to me that, although it sometimes happens like this, it was better to extract the tooth that was just loosening.
Jorge was very nervous, but he has always been brave, when the doctor told him that he was going to put some anesthesia in cream to loosen the tooth, he cooperated.
After a few minutes the doctor announced that he was ready to remove the tooth, so he put a little more anesthetic, waited 3 minutes and took it out.
I was shaking with nerves, but Jorge was only worried about where his tooth was, he had to take it so the tooth fairy would come.

De regreso a casa pasamos por el parque y me pareció el momento perfecto para tomarle una foto donde podemos ver qué ya se ven ambos dientes saliendo de la encía…

On the way back home we passed by the park and I thought it was the perfect moment to take a picture of him where we can see that both teeth are already coming out of the gum....

Llegamos a casa y después del cepillado de dientes, Jorge guardo su diente bajo la almohada para esperar por el ratón Pérez.
El miércoles en la mañana se levantó apurado a revisar dónde estarían sus nuevas monedas, esta vez en ratón Pérez le dejo 135 pesos. Que fueron a dar a la alcancía. Y en ese momento lo vi contarse los dientes y hacer un presupuesto aproximado de lo que el ratón Pérez tendrá que traerle a futuro por todos sus dientes. Lo cual me pareció muy tierno…
Y así es como mi pequeño príncipe ahora está con dos dientes permanentes en crecimiento.

Esperemos a ver cuándo se aflojan los próximos y cuánto traerá el ratón Pérez.

We got home and after brushing his teeth, Jorge put his tooth under his pillow to wait for the tooth fairy.
On Wednesday morning he got up in a hurry to check where his new coins would be, this time the tooth fairy left him 135 pesos. That went into the piggy bank. And at that moment I saw him counting his teeth and making an approximate budget of what the tooth fairy will have to bring him in the future for all his teeth. Which I thought was very cute....

And so that's how my little prince is now with two growing permanent teeth.

Let's wait and see when the next ones loosen and how much the tooth fairy will bring.
