Here a young polypore is expelling rainwater in a process called gutting. I suspect it may be some type of Ganoderma shelf fungus that has just started.
Mushroom flesh does not stain aka DNS. It usually refers to the edible boletus of choice. Still you have to cook these guys thoroughly and I'll often make new boletes that I've never tried before in case they get a stomach ache from the toxins in them.
