Es una máxima aquella en la cual la vida es igual al tiempo. Dicen los más filosos filósofos que cuando uno percibe un salario, en realidad está percibiendo la contraprestación de nuestra vida, en suma: Nuestro Tiempo. Y que en realidad, dinero no gastamos nisiquiera tiempo, lo que en realidad gastamos es parte de nuestras vidas...

Las paradojas del tiempo.
Es que si uno pudiera comprar tiempo, tal cual, compraríamos segundos, minutos, horas, días, meses... Compraríamos algo que es irrecuperable. El hombre actual se ha preocupado por responder muchas interrogantes a las formas en las cuales desea ser, ese ser inmortal que pueda vivir más allá de los cien años, tal como lo hicieran nuestros antepasados bíblicos. En la actualidad, esos estudios apuntan avances importantes porque la tecnología ha estado en la vanguardia de innovar en la biología humana con resultados de ficción que hoy son realidades tangibles...
En lo personal, cuando observamos obras de ciencia ficción de hace algunos años hablando acerca de estos temas. Hoy día, una realidad y mañana esas obras de ciencia ficción serán mucho más reales... Aun suena a ciencia ficción y en el caso de la película "" protagonizada por Justin Timberlake. Podemos hipotéticamente ir más allá de lo que pasaría cuando el hombre descubra la forma de ser inmortal y lo que este evento traería, entre beneficios, también traería otros problemas o desafíos de la permanencia del hombre en el planeta
Si todos los hombres del mundo fueran eternos y nadie muriera ¿La tierra tendría capacidad para albergar a tanta gente? ¿Será la muerte una forma de control de la población humana? ¿El tiempo podría sustituir en algún momento al dinero tal como lo conocemos?
Es que si uno pudiera comprar tiempo, tal cual, compraríamos segundos, minutos, horas, días, meses... Compraríamos algo que es irrecuperable. En un mundo adelantado, las miserias son cada vez menos humanas y es la avaricia la que hace posible que nos volvamos ajenos a muchas cosas y es allí, donde la sociedad se corrompe y cae mucho más en desidia. Es donde además, el protagonista se convierte en héroe personal capaz de ayudar en un contexto donde hacerlo es ilegal y hasta prohibido, como una especie de arquetipo de Robin Hood, siempre bien apreciado en nuestras historias del séptimo arte...
Uno vive la acción y siente la adrenalina de vivir contrarreloj para sobrevivir. Con mensajes bien marcados puesto que aún existe un poco de humanidad en medio de tanta barbarie.
La trama es bien verosímil y los efectos visuales son bien convincentes a la hora de presentar un thriller del séptimo arte...
Justin Timberlake, hizo una interpretación actoral bien interesante. No sabíamos que el ex integrante de Nsync además de sus dotes musicales también desarrollaba dotes histriónicos. Lo cual nos hace valorar la integralidad artística de este personaje más allá del baile y el canto pop.
Esta película es también un drama que nos sumerge en subrealidades capaces de suceder en el hecho de pensar en el tiempo más allá de lo que lo que hoy observamos, puesto que, a razón filosófica siempre el tiempo se ha convertido en tema de debate o polémica desde la aparición del hombre y aún continúa despertando en nosotros curiosidad y vaya que Hollywood ha hecho del mismo un tema para impresionarnos y seguirnos preguntando lo que pasaría si estuviéramos en el lugar del Dios Cronos para manejar el tiempo a nuestra conveniencia. Hasta la Próxima. Dios les bendiga ...
