There are this kind of series that make you laugh but has this powerful message that goes through the screen directly to your heart and mind. This is the kind of series that makes my heart warm and happy. This is why, I'm here to share with you my last netflix finding.

Never Have I ever is a comedy juvenile series that it is charged of laughs, tears and a big strong message about family, mourning and overcoming this mourning, also about self-esteem and interpersonal relationships. This is a series of four seasons, with really short episodes of 30 minutes and there is 10 episodes per season. It was released for first time in 2020 and end up in 2023. It tells the life story of Devi and all her friends and family. And Never Have I Ever is starred by Maitreyi Ramakrishnan. This series is the first in its kind, it is one of the few starred by a hindu American Actress and the only one starred by a teenager.
What is this series about? As I said before, Never Have I ever tells all the adventures an american teenager goes through, while dealing with mourning. At the same time, it shows hindu culture and exemplify how the United States of America is like a big bowl of cultures mixures.
What do I think about this series? I JUST LOVED IT. It is a really refreshing kind of series, the kind that you want to watch all the episodes in the same day. Every character shows different kind of circunstances teenagers use to go through (which makes it excelent for parents). Also, I think the story is beautifully constructed, since there is no thread left aside without conection. On the other hand, every character has his/her fall and redemption. And this series has its perfect amount of laughs, tears and reflections.
Finally, Do I recommend this series? TOTALLY! I think if you're into the kind of series that through laughs gives you a powerful message, then this series is for you. For me, it vibes as Friends because is as refreshing as Friends was. So I really hope you give a try to this series and if you do I hope you let me know.

¿Qué pienso de esta serie? SIMPLEMENTE ME ENCANTÓ. Es un tipo de serie realmente refrescante, de esas en las que quieres ver todos los episodios el mismo día. Cada personaje muestra diferentes tipos de circunstancias por las que suelen pasar los adolescentes (lo que lo hace excelente para los padres). Además, creo que la historia está bellamente construida, ya que no queda ningún hilo dejado de lado sin conexión. Por otro lado, cada personaje tiene su caída y redención. Y esta serie tiene su cantidad perfecta de risas, lágrimas y reflexiones.
Finalmente, ¿recomiendo esta serie? ¡TOTALMENTE! Creo que si te gustan el tipo de series que a través de la risa te dan un mensaje poderoso, entonces esta serie es para ti. Para mí, suena como Friends porque es tan refrescante como lo fue Friends. Así que realmente espero que pruebes esta serie y, si lo haces, espero que me lo hagas saber.
