Power book II is a must watch. It all started with a guy called "Ghost", name gotten from his drug cartel as one who runs the bigger deals.
You can simply call him the Lord of the Rings, he runs the drug business across cities and the most wanted by the Cops.
This is just Power itself, book II isn't about James St. Patrick the notorious drug dealer also known as "Ghost", this second phase of power is about his Son , Tariq who also ventured into becoming a drug dealer just like his father.
Tariq St.patrik also became a leading network in the drug dealing business, he was ambitious like his father, some say he is more intelligent and a shooter when relating with women.
The unforgiving truth about Tariq is his deepest hatred for his father. Yes, Tariq wasn't so much fond of his father. He did kill Ghost at the very end before he could become the next ghost.
Power book II is the story of a young lad who got into the drug business ( A family legacy) and made waves with it.
Power is a twist to the viewers, it contains intelligent and great negotiating skill expression.
If you are yet to see any movie, POWER BOOK II is a great movie series to begin with.

1. Michael Rainey Jr.
With the movie name "Tariq st. Patrick"
Tariq is the son of Tasha St. Patrick and James St.Patrick.
In the course of getting clingy with the drug world,he killed his father out of courage and hatred at one point for James St. Patrick.
After the death of Ghost, his wife Tasha didn't get any of his properties willed to his wife and futuristically he left them for Tariq on a condition of going to school and have at least a CGPA of 3.5
Tariq at beginning isn't built for the street, he was more of the shirt and suit cooperate kind of guy, growing up he was intelligent and quite expressive in the academia.
Time eloped as he transformed from being the brilliant but less proactive son of the most wanted drug dealer in the entire city into a business-oriented drug dealer calling the shots.
The transformation was big which left the viewers in a "Wow" reaction.
Power Book II is a phase in which Tariq built his own drug dealing legacy with the help of friends and not neglecting the errors and enemies of his dead father hunting him.
2. Shane Johnson
Bearing the movie name "Cooper Sax"
Cooper Sax played the U.S. Attorney. He was a clean copy at first until his obsession in nailing down Ghost, Tasha and Tariq to various drug deals and homicides lead him into being dirty.
He played a low of foul as a US attorney , broke a lot of code of Conducts in other to get a lead on his problem.
Cooper Sax is a great player, he made negotiation interesting to see.
3. Lovell Adams-Gray
Had the movie name "Dru".
Dru was simple and tactical like his father Lorenzo. He was also gay who loves a guy called Everette and sometimes uses him to gain informations.
Dru in Power Book II was less dramatic but he did well in terms of creative approach to problems and not being a snitch.
He always loved to get things settled the better way, more reason Lorenzo allowed him be in Charge of running his drug Business.
4. Paige Hurd
Had the. Beautiful ❤️ movie name "Lauren"
She is my movie crush, her beautiful face and innocent look attracted me and also attracted Tariq to her.
She did love Tariq even when she had an arranged sought off boyfriend from another school.
She did get into trouble and possibly died.
Can't tell yet if any miracle can happen that she is still alive for another season of the movie but if she isn't, I would be quite sad.
Lauren played important role in helping balance the work-Love life.
She is worth a full star.
5.Mary J. Blige
Took the stage name "Monet". She is the mother to Dru and three others.
She is a ring player in the movie with action oriented expression.
She posses a leadership skill to run a drug business while her husband Lorenzo was still in prison.
She doesn't like people messing with her money, she guns down anyone who touches her funds.
Her favourite son was "Zek" whose father was another man.
Her role was well played.
6. Gianni Paolo
Played the role Brayden. He was the supporting hand for Tariq. They were partners whom using a strategy distributed drugs in a city without raising suspicions for a very long time.
Brayden is unstable and easy to be broken, he can be quite a snitch but he sure was a good partner in terms of service and strategies which made me like him.
7.Woody McClain
Played the stage name "Cane"
He doesn't have the brains but he has the gun.
He is more action oriented or should I assume he loves the sound of gunshot.
He doesn't portray the sign of a leader due to his emotional expression.
He was a good player in the movie. His actions are top-notch.
Why do I love this movie?
Truth can be costly but if I'm to make a decision why I decided the movie series is worth my time is the quality of content, the actions and the individuals involved with it.
They have a good twisting story and exact individual to play the roles.
Also an educative series with above 18+ contents.
