Noblesse - The Awakening
Hello Anime Fans.
Today I'll be giving a quick review on a new watch I founded a week ago. Noblesse. Normally, I usually don't do this but, recently I've given a thought to doing more for myself, particularly, when it comes to moving outside my comfort zone. I haven't done a movie/anime review before but I hope this one piques your interest. So without any further ado let's get to it.
First off, the anime started in a somewhat eerie fashion. Safe to say I am not yet well accustomed to dark fantasy shows, (as it's described). However, it gave a certain feel of excitement and intrigue which made me want to go continue with it's opening scene. One of the major picks was that regardless of it's great animation quality, and fight scenes, while the anime progressed it left me confused about how a number of events came to light.
For example, how two former agents of an unknown organization decided to go against their superior in order to help a high school student from getting beat. Now, I don't wanna be seen as some nutcase who enjoys seeing students getting beaten, but seeing the situation play out moments before that left me confused. Perhaps, after I watch more episodes everything would make sense.
One other thing I'd like to commend is the jaw dropping fight scenes as I earlier mentioned. It would be a complete understatement to say that the main character (Cadis Etrama di Raizel also known as Rai) was way too overpowered. I mean, I get the fact that he himself is the Noblesse, which is in fact cool, but dusting those bad boys in some sort of mind compulsion was just too OP. (Completely my opinion). Haha
Image below is one of the first episodes awesome fights that blew me away.
Frankenstein vs Mari
Maybe there are still some questions to be answered. But, In the end it all boils down to enjoying oneself with a cold drink and some snack. I'm sure after a few more watch I'd be able to make out some important things...
