Ruth Slater es condenada de homicidio a un oficial de policía, 20 años después sale de la cárcel con intención de reintegrarse a la sociedad y recuperar el tiempo perdido con su pequeña hermana Katie, pero la sociedad no perdona su pasado y Ruth se dará cuenta de que tendrá que enfrentarse a una sociedad que no está dispuesta a dar su brazo a torcer y la esperanza de encontrar a su hermana menor se va consumiendo poco a poco.

The plot of the film is somewhat strong and deep, the story shows you how a person who spent a long time in prison finds it difficult to reintegrate into society; I feel that the story sometimes felt a little weak and lacked more moments as the discussion that starred Sandra with Viola; that scene was a strong point that gave a touch to the film very good and the level of both actresses was seen, especially that of Sandra.

La historia en si está llena de un drama que no se aleja de la realidad, tiene un toque de suspenso que te transmite una tensión a lo largo de la película y llega un punto donde la historia da un giro que te deja perplejo y tienes que tomarte unos minutos para analizar lo que sucedió, me gusto mucho el cómo abordaron la situación y el cómo hacen que esa bomba de información explote de repente y comienzas a ver como las piezas encajan de golpe y todo comienza a tener sentido.
The story itself is full of drama that is not far from reality, it has a touch of suspense that transmits you a tension throughout the film and there comes a point where the story takes a turn that leaves you perplexed and you have to take a few minutes to analyze what happened, I really liked how they approached the situation and how they make that bomb of information explode suddenly and you begin to see how the pieces fit all at once and everything begins to make sense.

Sinceramente, no es la mejor película de Sandra Bullock ni mucho menos de Violas Davis, pero siempre es un honor verlas de nuevo en pantalla; Sandra le da vida al personaje de Ruth y siento que en toda la película estuvo sumamente seria y entiendo que el personaje tenga esa actitud debido a todo lo que sucedió, pero yo lo sentí que quizás estaba muy tensa; sin embargo, Sandra logra transmitir a la perfección los sentimientos de su personaje y aunque no es su mejor papel, es una actuación digna de ver. Viola Davis interpreta a Liz, su personaje no tiene tanto protagonismo como me gustaría, pero las pocas veces que salió fueron increíbles y te muestra el nivel en el que sé en cuenta esta actriz, en el momento en que ambas se junta fue maravilloso y espero que en un futuro vuelvan aparecer en alguna película juntas de nuevo.
Honestly, it is not Sandra Bullock's best movie nor much less Violas Davis, but it is always an honor to see them again on screen; Sandra gives life to the character of Ruth and I feel that throughout the film she was extremely serious and I understand that the character has that attitude because of everything that happened, but I felt that maybe she was very tense; however, Sandra manages to perfectly convey the feelings of her character and although it is not her best role, it is a performance worth seeing. Viola Davis plays Liz, her character doesn't have as much prominence as I would like, but the few times she came out were amazing and it shows you the level in which I know this actress, the moment they both get together was wonderful and I hope in the future they will appear in a movie together again.

Claramente en la película no solo participaron Sandra y Viola, también estuvieron presentes actores y actrices como Jon Bernthal (Blake), Aisling Franciosi (Katie), Richard Thomas (Michael), Vincent D’Onofrio (John) y Rob Morgan (Vincent), El personaje de Jon fue el que menos me gusto; lo sentí muy falso y simplemente no logre conectar con él. La verdad es que cada uno de los personajes presentes en la película son muy buenos y sus actores y actrices que les dan vida hacen una actuación increíble y se nota la conexión que existe entre todos.
Clearly in the film not only Sandra and Viola participated, there were also actors and actresses such as Jon Bernthal (Blake), Aisling Franciosi (Katie), Richard Thomas (Michael), Vincent D'Onofrio (John) and Rob Morgan (Vincent), Jon's character was the one I liked the least; I felt him very fake and I just couldn't connect with him. The truth is that each of the characters in the film are very good and the actors and actresses who bring them to life give an incredible performance and you can see the connection that exists between them all.

Imperdonable, no es una película que yo volvería a ver y no es porque no me gusto, al contrario, me gusto muchísimo; aunque creo que todas las películas de Sandra me gusta, pero el caso es que no la volvería a ver porque la historia con este tipo de trama siento que yo solo la disfruto una sola vez y no es la mejor película, pero es buena y yo la recomendaría para aquellos que les guste una historia compleja con drama. Mi Puntuación final es dé.
The Unforgivable, it is not a movie that I would watch again and it is not because I don't like it, on the contrary, I liked it a lot; although I think I like all of Sandra's movies, but the thing is that I would not watch it again because the story with this kind of plot I feel that I only enjoy it once and it is not the best movie, but it is good and I would recommend it for those who like a complex story with drama. My final score is give.
