If you look at a country that is experiencing economic growth, you will notice that jobs are being created or that unemployment in that country is low, which means that job creation can be the key factor in boosting a country's economy. Job creation is undoubtedly a key factor in any economic situation and can easily help any country to develop well. The reason why the global economy is getting worse every day is because we are dealing with high commodity prices, that is obviously the most important factor, but think about it. Even if there is hyperinflation around the world, I think there will be a limit to how it will affect individual lifestyles if there are enough jobs for people.
The problem we face today is the difficulty of finding a job. If people are having a hard time finding jobs, how can we expect them to thrive financially in a tough economy, and people's lack of economic advancement will have a major effect on the economy.
What impact does this have on the economy?
I can't base the whole deal on the government having to provide a job for everyone, but what I'm trying to convey is that job creation is the factor for economic growth. Many of us don't know why Africa is one of the poorest continents in the world. The reason is that the availability of jobs in Africa is not enough to give people a good life. In fact, I always say that Africa will be the worst continent for unemployment in the coming years. And the reason why other countries are full of people from Africa is because there are jobs that help them prosper economically outside Africa and therefore our sisters are brothers who toil outside to make money.
In a country where employment is not created for people, it will be so difficult for that country to grow economically. And that's what we don't understand: if people can't have a source of income, it's going to impact the economy and the inflow of money.
When there is no money circulating, that is exactly what causes the economy and the people in it to struggle to survive. Meanwhile, all this is not clear to the government, they do not understand that the only way to control inflation is to create many sources of income for people. I think if jobs are created and many people have a source of income, it will help increase their purchasing power. And believe me, if consumerism increases, it will boost many businesses and create more jobs.
The way in which job creation plays a crucial role in economic growth will also contribute to reducing the cause of poverty in our society. When individuals have access to employment, unemployment will naturally be limited because many people will now generate income and that alone will provide an opportunity to improve their economic lives and financial situation.
What is the impact of job creation
There arise so many things when more opportunities open for people. For example, it gives the chance for the youth to learn new skills and look for chances to survive, it could be a working experience for an individual and lead to stability for them. When there is job creation in a place, one thing which can be put forward for sure is that each individual will be in a position to develop new knowledge in the new career. But, nobody has made such a statement to our country leaders that their failure in creating a job leads to youth online fraud. That’s fair enough if there are jobs created since an individual will grow financially, the economy will also grow and therefore the government will get added revenues to finance public services. In addition, other individuals like me will contribute more taxes after being employed and that will reflect on the economy.
