Hoy he descubierto este sitio que apoya a los que cuentan con pocos recursos de Hive Power:

En este sitio pueden obtener pequeñas cantidades de Hive-Power cada hora, de tal manera que pueden seguir participando en la red con esa poca de ayuda.

Así que si tienes poco HP o te quedas sin Recursos y no puedes hacer nada, aquí puedes obtener un poco de combustible Hive-Power, con este sistema Faucet cada hora:

Sólo tienes que agregar tu usuario y recibirás 0.003 HIVE y 0.002 Hive Power. Haces las Captchas y 'Submit'.
No tengo idea con qué cantidad mínima puedes recibir, pero aún recuerdo lo frustrante que era en un inicio quedarse sin recursos y no poder hacer nada. En mi caso no me permite recibir porque tengo más del mínimo requerido:

I don't have idea what the minimum (in your account) is required, but I still remember how frustrating was to left with no resources of Power Up and nothing to do in the net. In my case, this faucet doesn't allow me to receive it because I have more than the minimum required:
