After two weeks of declines, my X metrics are on the rise again. Impressions went up 33 percent in the last seven days.
Other metrics that went up this week include:
- Profile visits rose 13 percent
- Likes jumped 90 percent
- Reposts climbed 14 percent
Metrics that declined include:
- Engagement rate fell 15 percent
- New followers slid 20 percent
- Replies stumbled 55 percent
- Video views and media views dropped 63 percent and 65 percent, respectively
Now, for the raw numbers:
- Impressions = 922
- Engagement rate = 6.7 percent
- Profile visits = 9
- Link clicks = 0
- New followers = 4 (the lowest it's been in a long while)
- Replies = 10
- Likes = 19
- Reposts = 8
- Video views = 7
- Media views = 7
Impressions and Engagements
Impressions started on a strong foot with 314 on Tuesday, July 16. They fell precipitously through July 19 and have climbed a little bit more since then. The drop from the 16th through the 19th is due to me getting busy and not posting as often as I would have liked.
Likes saw a similar trajectory, although not quite as pronounced.
Engagements were strong for a couple of days at the beginning of the week, then dropped off.

As you can see, my metrics are beginning to make a climb again. The question is whether I can schedule some posts to remain consistent and get my impressions and engagements back to where they belong. This is a start.
