After Hive moved away from the Steem blockchain and it forked on March 20, 2020, it didn't pass a long time until I've created a new shiny account on it: @behiver on April 19, 2020. The new movement put as its core the principle to create a more decentralized and community-driven platform. As my values overlapped with this, I knew right away where my future would be - on the Hive blockchain. I have liquidated all my assets from Steemit and exchanged everything for Hive and simply powered it all up. And from that point on my journey started (or restarted) with the goal to build a new brand from my passion in crypto, finances, gaming and anything related to blockchain.
15,000 HP Payout Badge
I am finding myself on the Hive blockchain today on 13th of November 2023, which means that I've been active for 3 years, 6 months and 26 days. This could well mean 42 months and 26 days or 1304 days for me being dedicated to this blockchain and the projects from this space. A big part of the time spent here was on creating articles, engaging with others through commenting and curating content that I was fond of. And by doing that somehow consistent I succeeded to receive a sweet badge today: "Congratulations @behiver! You have completed the following achievement on the Hive blockchain And have been rewarded with New badge(s): You received more than 15,000 HP as payout for your posts, comments and curation. Your next payout target is 16000 HP. The unit is Hive Power equivalent because post and comment rewards can be split into HP and HBD." And what a solid accomplishment this is and simply realizing the amount of rewards received is quite rewarding.
The 15,000 Hive Power received, would translate at current Hive price of $0.38 to a gain summing up to $5,700. That's an amazing amount and in some countries I am sure people would live wealthy with such amounts. Not in my case, but if I play my hands right in the "promised" incoming bull run, I could make a killing out of it. If Hive would retrace its price above the $3 mark as it did in the previous bull run, that would take my gains to $45,000. If that doesn't touch you or brings you some more motivation, than probably there is something really wrong with you. And the secret of it all is to be consistent, network and be present on the Hive blockchain as much as possible.
Other achievements
Beside the 15,000 HP received for the posts, comments and curation, I've gained some other milestones and badges for reaching them. From the most important ones that bring me motivation, I can enumerate:

Projects I am involved in
Being on the Hive blockchain not only has brought me a sense of belonging and a place to share my interests and learn from the information from here, but it also provided some impresive gains and opportunities. Being an early adopter in different projects like Splinterlands, RisingStar, DCity, Golem Overload, Terracore, Speak Network, BeeSwap - mostly returned my investments and are keep giving somehow a passive income. And I am sure that things will not stop here as new projects are at the horizon and those are already providing incentive and returns through airdrops - like Holozing is doing at the moment.
My journey on the Hive blockchain is one with ups and downs as I didn't take too many profits in the previous bull run, but for sure I have been grinding in all this period and growing my bags with crypto in the await of the next bull run wave. I think we still have time until that fully hits the market and while some see this as a bad thing, I see it more as an opportunity to accumulate some more. Slowly growth is the name of the game and I think I've succeeded to stick with it mostly and keep my motivation along the way. And with such badges as the one that I got today - 15,000 HP received as payout for my posts, comments and curation - I cannot but continue in the same way. My next milestone seems to be 16,000 and I am ready to reach sooner rather than later.
