Is it time to buy more hive?

I just checked the market and there's no nicer way to say it but it's a shit show. Now I'm not too sure about the details but whenever there's blood on the crypto Street, that's opportunity knocking.

I haven't really been around much, so I dit know exactly what's happening. However, one thing I know is that whenever things go bad, that's just the universe giving you an opportunity to fill your bags.

Hive hasn't done impressive numbers in a while and we have lingered in the 20-25 cents region for quite some time now. I bought a few hundred Hive at this region but with things as they are now, I think I'll be looking to buy even more.

I've begun growing my hive account once again, picking up 100s of Hive at different times. My goal is to push for 10k hive power before the end of the year but realistically speaking, it will be a few thousands short.

Either way, I want to build my portfolio once again and see how I can get back all the Hive I sold. My crypto portfolio hasn't recovered from our relocation and to be honest, neither has my fiat bank account because we're still in debt.

So, even though I'd like to splurge and just go crazy in the market, I simply cannot afford it. So, I'll be picking up tiny amounts and also converting the HBD I earn from publications. That's as much as I can do right now.

Other assets

The situation is pretty much the same with every other asset in the market. I cannot afford much right now and even the assets I own are taking a beating, so, that even puts more dent to any plans of redistributing.

At the moment, I still have a small stack of GLG assets but with the game not exactly taking off the ground since creation, all those assets are just sitting in my bag.

The trading volume for those assets in GLG is abysmal and I'm not even sure if people actually play the game.

I guess I got too carried away by the idea of it and not the reality. In any case, I'll just keep holding my assets and hoping that the penny will drop for the project.

Outside of Hive, I have a few assets here and there but again, nothing substantial enough to make any difference. At most, I could get a haircut with them. I really do miss when life was much simpler.

Sort:

We all miss when life was more easier and truthfully hive hasn't performed good either. Let's hope that people stake more to save the price.

Yeah, I'm going to stake a few myself to help in anyway. My plan is to reach like 10k before the end of the year

oh dang u got into glg :c

Oh yeah, I went in heavy. Liquidated most of my tokens but I still have a lot of cards

o.o i see what made u like gls despite it not having the GOOD players

I figured it'll get better because it was the same team behind Splinterlands that created it.

bought quite a bit yesterday, might buy some more today, reckon 15c is bottom but who knows

I mean, I don't want it to drop any lower but if it does, I won't mind it at all. For my plans, the best case scenario is that it maintains this level for a few months.

GLG has an ongoing manual tourney, in 3 divisions, next to the ranked rewards. Started 2 weeks ago, last for 8 weeks, as only around 30 people joined so far, the chance to win weekly is guaranteed (10-100 packs and 1-10k glx) If you have a bit time (and a team), just jump in gls discord, register for next week one.

Total prize: 600k glx and 6k packs

Weekly prize: 70k glx and 750 packs

lowest division had 8 players in week 1, and 5 in this week, and 8 players get prizes. Even with current prices, it's something, and you have to play for it 10-18 matches /week, so actively max an hour for minimum $5-6 worth of assets.

there were an Arcade colony fork, if you held 10k+ glx, you got those tokens, too. if you missed, check out, should be on your AC account, also, after your staked glx you got COLONY airdrop daily, really not much, but something.

Hive doesn't look good, DHF money flying out for nothing, even half of founders, devs are powering down ongoingly (and probably selling).

Oh I didn't know About it. I'll check it now.
