What's new with hive lately not all that much really no real big releases or anything like that from what I have been seeing. However I do know of a select few new projects which are currently being worked on but can't bring them to light just yet. Another month maybe two out which I'm excited about those!
As always let's take a look at price action of hive for the last week.
Overall the price action has been rather stagnate which in the case of hive can actully be a good thing being that most of the time its a heavy negative pressure. In fact we where able to increase a little from $0.32 per hive token to $0.34 a trajectory and a pace I'd love to see continue.
Last week we talked a little about the DHF and blocktrades but that seemed to be some weird thing going on and is back to normal once again. However I believe that little experiment shows us that a single account has the power to pass something in the DHF is to me is a HUGE security risk.
The DHF needs a much better system. If they were to work on anything core focused it would be to rebuild the DHF voting system so you could vote for or against something instead of having a return proposal. It honestly really jacks with how you would vote for things so @blocktrades is that something we can get implemented into the DHF please?
Other then that Splinterlands actully has a lot of hype around it and I think the rest of this year is going to be either make or break for the game. The reason is because so many resources are being pumped into the game in terms of development and marketing work. I also see the team refocused on what they should be and a clear realization that simply building and having a game is not good enough anymore there's far too much competition these days and that goes for everything!
Goals
$HIVE
Goal: 300,000 Current: 126,436
Week over week we pushed another 356 HIVE that was powered up or roughly just a bit over 50 hive per day that was powered up to the account. That in terms of USD is around $17 per day that was powered up on to the hive account. The goal is to continue to push this higher I've been working on hive for over 8 years now so you'd think I'd be able to make a full time living from it by now lol. But sadly we are still not even close and that's mainly for having an opinion on matters and not getting those crazy high upvotes that you see from others. But it is what it is and we are making it work anyways.
$HBD
HBD continues to not be a focal point however it is something I am stacking in again. The goal here is to reach at least 25,000 HBD powered up by the end of the year that would land us around 10 HBD per day of value. I guess the main thing for me here is I want to build a strong passive income but also then convert that "extra" into hive which would further drasticly increase the amount of hive I can power up which would fast track me to wards my goal.
You see if I were to take the HBD I earn right now and convert that into Hive that would land me around another 20 hive per day pushing me to 70 hive powered up per day.
But the funny thing with hive and how it's built is that hive itself is very hard to get in liquid form. You mainly have to focus on the HBD if you want a liquid asset that generates solid value over time.

I'm still stacking leo mainly because at the price of just $0.02 there's no reason to even sell it off at this point. It's value is so damn low it's pretty much pointless and has almost turned into a shit coin at this point.
The team really needs to get serious about adding value into the token again via ads, fees etc otherwise this things going belly up IMO.
Splinterlands
Splinterlands is another of my core focus areas and I'm loving it again. With land getting updates and the rest of the game being worked on plus marketing by a rather solid team I'm curious as to how things will turn out. Mainly I'm hoping for a $0.10 SPS by end of year which holds rather steady. If the team can achieve this for the token I believe the game will be in a healthy place or at least a solid launch pay for higher.
