And most people think I have no sense but if I want to stay healthy, I need to laugh because I believe it's good for my health. It can make us feel better when we are in pain and it can help us to release the stress we feel in our bodies. There is always sense in nonsense.
So let me now describe some ways laughter reduces our stress, firstly I will want us to know that there is always a sense in nonsense. It is always worth laughing at the things that matter, like the jokes that you don't get but you still laugh at. I think that laughter can reduce stress and make you feel better about yourself. It is a good thing to laugh at yourself and not take yourself too seriously, because taking yourself too seriously makes people look down on you and mostly makes you do what is not necessary because you are not cheerful. So by this, there is always a sense in nonsense.

It releases endorphins and helps the body relax. It also helps to reduce the effects of depression, anxiety, and sadness. Laughter is a very important part of our lives and it should be cherished and celebrated.
