The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is reportedly investigating the relationship between the U.S. arm of cryptocurrency exchange Binance and 2 companies trading cryptocurrencies linked to Binance's founder.

There are reports that these companies are Sigma Chain AG and Merit Peak Ltd.
