I have been waiting with bated breadth for this day ever since the words "project blank" were typed into the discord channel.
Every move I have made, or not made, since that moment was to prepare for the future airdrop so I could be set up as a microblogger with some means to curate.
When it was decided that no new token would be needed and Leo/Threads would remain, I was excited because I knew my time was near. I can't recall if I've been waiting 2 years or 3 years but it's been awhile and I'm ready to Roar (see what I did there Lions?)
I'm not too worried about the lack of airdrop because I've been accumulating Leo since Project Blank with only a minor foray into the Cubs. But I'm ready to curate threads.
In my opinion curation is the force multiplier for platform building and growth toward critical mass. (Been there, done this, so I know). Other than the tech, nothing else matters.
So with regard to the new interface, I love the night mode and the speed at which we can microblog. You can try it here . Just log in near the lower left corner and blog away.
The bells and whistles will come and features will be added as we the users decide what we want and need. The devs will dev for us, trust me on this.
But I have to say that I'm pretty enamored with the new notifications. Especially with the earnings amount right there. As @khaleelkazi mentioned in an earlier tweet, where else can you watch the crypto dollars come rolling in.
For people with a little stake the effort is minimal. We can grow this thing simply by curating new members. Don't worry about low quality posts, let the authors find their voice.
Threads is for all content. I'm partial to pictures of Mr Burns so don't judge me.
This week I'm paying special attention to any @actifit posts on threads. That's what I want to see and that is what I will try to curate first.
As usual, All of my votes will be 100% and if I'm lucky enough to win a delegation through this months LPUD, then you will earn even more from me.
