It's no news how much drama has unfolded since the purchase of Twitter by the flying car expert Elon Musk. His acquisition came with the sacking of some executives and some other updates. Musk had announced that he was going to be charging blue tick users monthly for a right to retain their verification.
A blue tick symbol next to a username is normally for high-profile figures and is currently free. But Elon has stated that he'll start to charge $8 and above monthly for a chance to retain that verification. While there's been a lot of mixed feelings about this upgrade, some celebrities have started to leave twitter and some like the popular Horror author Stephen King has voiced out that Twitter "Should pay me".
Some advertising companies too are begining to question Musk methods as the blue tick gave people chances to differentiate real and trustworthy accounts from others but now that a price has been put on it, just anyone could get the blue tick.

Hive is the future and i hope it gets the sort of recognition it deserves, but until then, we keep doing the best we can to move this space forward.
