October Leo Power Up Day

It's already time for Leo Power Up Day! Damn how time is flying LOL Not cool! :D

With the last Leo Power Up Day, I was fortunate enough to snag the 2k delegation from the badass @trumpman which really helped me out! I know that it was a solid bump in my Leo curation which I tried to make sure that I was never at 100% the entire time of the delegation! No gains can be had if it's just sitting there idle and not regenerating from being spent!

This month I'm going to see what I can do to power up all of my Leo, 225 of it, so that I can see how much Leo I will be able to scramble together for next month. Will I be able to get to 150 liquid Leo in order to power it up?! Who knows but I know that I'm definitely going to try. One of the cool things lately is that I've been able to churn out more Leo posts than I was in the past, which has a number of good benefits for me to engage with a different audience but it also has gotten me some extra Leo for the Power Up Day!

I'm on the road to 5k Leo Power by the end of the year that's for sure! I am not entirely sure if I will be able to manage it just yet.. but I'm certainly trying! The added Leo posts, combined with my delegation to Leo Voter has been a pretty good return in terms of liquid Leo. I know that I could perhaps do more for the Leo community like buy some Leo off the market but I'm managing to do what I can by posting, interacting and powering things up.

The funny thing is - I am always trying to think of when I think I have a "decent" amount of Hive Power for me to use my liquid Hive for other purposes. I haven't exactly attained that number yet, so I don't know when that will happen! Will I feel better at 50,000 Hive Power on this account before I focus less on my Hive Power and spread out my investment potential to other areas like Leo? It's really hard to say, because each time I cross another 10,000 Hive Power, it absolutely feels good but I also feel the desire to make it as exponential as I can! The more Hive Power I am stashing away, the more I am getting the rewards in terms of curation rewards and inflation being added to my account.

Taraz talks of this often, where we all have different ideas of where we are "comfortable" in terms of the stake we have or the valuation of the assets in order for us to make some extractions for various things. I know that I've certainly made some extractions to get into the Splinterlands ecosystem and dCity but for the most part, the only other things I've really done with my Hive is turn it into Hive Power or buy up some Hive Engine tokens like BRO and others. Eventually I know that I want to spend some of that Hive and get some more Leo so that I can stake that up as much as I can!

When that time will come, I don't know but in the meantime, I will be doing the small things like posting and delegating to Leo Voter in order to get some of that lovely liquid Leo, for the future where Leo is more of a powerhouse for innovation and ideas than it is now! That's definitely on the horizon I think!
