Fact about life is one of the trainings we have weekly at FHG enterprise where I am currently learn online skills, and gradually shaping myself for a brighter future. This topic interests me a lot because majority of us could relate. I will be sharing this topic here this afternoon.

In life, there are three (3) categories of people:

1. The people who watch things happen: These are people who wake up daily to do nothing. They life their life based on what life throws at them, they have no real/creative plans, they see things happening around them but never gets curious and never ask questions.

2. The people who wander how things happen: These are people who once watched thing happen, but now gets curious to how things happen, they start to see successful people around then and wonder how those people where able to make their way up. Then they start to ask questions. This stage basically is the first stage to becoming successful because people at this stage starts to notice that there is a problem, and the awareness will make them start to take steps to better their life.

3. Lastly, we have the people who make things happen: These are people who understand the rule of life, people who are working dialing towards achieving great things. Life doesn’t toss them around, things works for their good because they have set things in place for themselves.

Financial Zones

There are to financial zones in life, the first one being the Poor zone (this contains 95% of people in the world) and the Wealthy zone (this contains the remaining 5% of people in the world). You might be wondering, what about the middle class? There are no middle class, It’s either you’re wealthy or you’re poor. How do you know what class you fall under? If you stop working today, would your income stop, in the next ten to twenty years would you still be able to afford all you need? If your answer is yes, then congratulations you’re wealthy but if not, then you’re poor.

Characteristics of people under the poor zone/people under the wealthy zone

Poor Zone

1. They work for money
2. They are afraid of taking risks
3. They work for a boss and receives salaries/wages
4. They buy liabilities
5. They criticize

Wealthy Zone

1. Money works for them
2. They are not afraid of taking risks
3. They leverage as a boss or leader on other people’s time, knowledge, achievements, e.te
4. They buy assets
5. They analyze

”When your asset generates enough income to cover your expenses, you’re wealthy even if you’re not wet rich.” _Roberts Kiyosaki.

The cash flow quadrant

This quadrant is divided into four, the first and the second consist of the Employed and the Self-employed consecutively, the third quadrant consists of the Big Business Builders and the Multi-level Marketers while the fourth consists of the Investors. The first and second quadrants falls under the poor zone while the third and fourth quadrant falls under the wealthy zone.

The employed can get fired, tired or retired, while the self-employed works alone, they can get tired or retired, this is why they both fall under the poor zone even though some of them might appear rich. Remember that the people under the poor zone stops getting income the moment they stop working. Their work does not have the ability to continue in their absence.

What must you have in other to move from the poor zone to the wealthy zone.

1. God, in other words a believe system
2. Big dream
3. Knowledge
4. Capital
5. Company
6. Product/Service
7. Team
8. Time
