Why Don't People Understand?

Being in crypto most of us understand where we are and what needs to be done to maximise our returns and for that to happen we need to keep on accumulating until the price tells us to sell. The window for selling could take years and we know that and it could be over in a couple of days and it is back to accumulation again. I would like to see everyone who is in crypto be successful and for that to happen many need to change how they think.

A good example is if you are earning 200 tokens each day across your portfolio investments those 200 tokens may only be worth a combined $30. The $30 you are reinvesting each and every day would give you a $900 growth each month, but that is only if you sold. When the prices rise the last 3 or 4 years will not be calculated on the $30 per day value, but whatever the new price is because your growth has been constant. If the tokens have risen in price by 20 x which is not a huge ask the value of the every day growth over that time period would be $600 per day or $18K monthly.

I was trying to explain this to someone this morning that you cannot look at the current value you earn every day as the end value. I used Hive as the example saying if you earned 100 HIVE daily which is worth $23 today, but at the all time high would be over $340 or over $10K monthly. The mad part is that this is over many years so 4 years of consistency could be worth nearly $500K. It is only at the price you are selling for and only if you sold for 23 c would it be worth $23 every day.

Crypto is all about the mindset of keeping thigs simple with an eye on a goal or target that could be a year or two away depending on where you are in the crypto cycle. Once you are thinking like this only then can you unlock the potential that is definitely available.

This is why with what we are doing in whatever we are staking the opportunity is so much bigger because the upside is bigger. Those who are not invested in crypto have no idea how big an opportunity they are missing out on because those accumulating and earning daily could be earning what the top 1% are earning by selling a the right time. Patience is all it takes.

All of this accumulation and growing takes time, but what in life doesn't take time if it holds any type of value. Having a defined cycle in crypto helps those who see the value they are holding which will set them apart from everyone else in the future through the knowledge and wealth they have accumulated.

The potential we all have via staking is so under the radar currently because many just don't understand the values involved. Spending time making sure you are maximizing your rewards each day on whatever investments you have is where the wealth is being created and will only be realized at the end of the cycle. On my COTI investment I am not busting my balls for 32 x $0.09c daily, but I am for whatever the future price will be because we know or have an idea of how much this all could be worth.

You're right brother, It's really all about patience and perspective. Crypto isn't just about today's gains but what they could be in the future. Staying focused on long-term goals is necessary to unlocking its true potential.

Bloggers on Hive need to have true grit. I see a lot of people are just gone at the moment... possibly because of the lower prices.

I made that mistake once... at least one of the people that I was equal to from back then is three times my power on Hive, some just double... but I would rather be there than were I am.

I say the same thing to myself now. I could stop, but I will thank myself in the future.
