Hello all! Another week and it's time again to do another #myhivegoals post, a series idea started by started by @jongolson. I'm going to look at the progress I've made on my Hive goals, as well as give a few tokens I'm looking at right now. If you are here for the comment SBI giveaway, well, we'll get to that too.
Let's start with my Hive goals.
~ Hive & HBD ~
My current goal is 25k Hive.
This past week I made 211.07, bringing me to 19403.68 total Hive Power. That's 77.6% of my goal!
Math time. 25k - 19403.68 gives us 5596.32. Divided out by the days till the first of next year, we get 79.9 Hive needed per day to reach 25k by that point.
We shouldn't be surprised by now that that number has increased again. Unless a miracle happens, I am not going to start earning 80 Hive every day, so I think it's safe to say I won't be getting to 25k by the first of next year.
That said, if any whales are reading this, feel free to prove me wrong and start upvoting me for those big bucks. I'd be more than happy to be proven wrong 😜
At the least, if my weekly average remains around a 200 HP increase, I should hit 20k in 3 weeks. That will be fun!
~ BRO, PIMP, and LGN ~
My goals here are 1000 BRO, 100k PIMP, and 2k LGN.
Last week I earned 0.108 BRO, putting me at 521.86 total or 52.2% of my goal, 373.9466 PIMP, putting me at 58874.03 — 58.9% of my goal, and 0.374 LGN, putting me at 960.020.
No big gains here, but not bad for not spending anything. That is the fun thing about Hive: once you start to build up a decent amount, you start making more automatically. Well, that's the same in the real world, eh? As they say, the rich get richer. Not that I'm anywhere near that point, but I can see some hints of it.
~ Silver ~
No silver stacking this past week, unfortunately. I didn't have a chance to stop at the coin shop to tempt myself, nor did I order anything.
I did, however, see that the proof sets for 2023 Japanese coins were released. There are three separate proof sets. All three contain the basic Japanese coins (¥1, ¥5, ¥10, ¥50, ¥100, ¥500). What sets them apart is that they each have a different silver coin. Two of the sets are only a bit over ¥2000 (about $14) so the silver coin is small (only 4.3g), although it is pure silver they say, but one is ¥14,000 (about $95) to cover a larger silver coin, coming in at 20g and 92.5% silver. That's only about half an oz of silver, so it's not the best of deals, but you are paying a premium to have it in with the proof set.
I am considering ordering one of the cheap sets. Maybe I'll do a post later this week with more info and looking at the sets in more detail if you are interested in ordering one yourself.
That stuff out of the way, let's do our SBI drawing! If you are new here, I give away 5 shares of SBI every week to commenters on this post. If I get under five commenters, I try to divide it up as best as possible, and if I get over five, I do a random drawing.
So how about this week? Let's see... last post we had comments from @kerrislravenhill @mobi72 @moisesjohan @silversaver888 @pazartesi @oasiskp2 @hiro.guita @daddydog @stekene @hoosie @summertooth @bitcoinman @littlebee4 @thebighigg @dewabrata @rzc24-nftbbg @silverd510 @bozz @jfang003 @tydynrain.
And the winners are...
@oasiskp2 @littlebee4 @moisesjohan @thebighigg @summertooth!
Congratulations, everyone!
And forward we go! It was a strong week. Let's see how this coming one goes!
