Hellowwww hive-ians,
It has been forever since this account has posted the updates of helping other writers to earn through joint strength of real-world helpers (who doesn't have a hive account) and also delegated accounts.
We are just so grateful that the group of delegators and helpers are so patient and endured through 2023, no words can express how grateful we are to keep this account running and new / current writers encouraged.
(Especially when there is lack of time)
Hence forth!
I am thinking of a new strategy to normalise the situation so that delegators will not feel that they have been ripped off, because to be honest, every single time the distribution of division happens when this account harvests the curation rewards... 😅
Thank you Microsoft Designer for generating the concept art that allows me to tweak a bit in the editing
With the new "recurring transfer feature" , I can normalise certain accounts for the month of February as a "prepaid dividend" even without harvesting the curation rewards.
I do wish that there was an automated recurring power up setting that I can create without coding so that instead of transfers, it is powered up to the delegators so that their accounts become stronger in Hive Power
Maybe there is such a feature, and I haven't found it yet (due to busyness and unable to google search for such announcement in the hive.blog.) Any pointers?
Therefore for the next 1 month of February, based on my last Hive Power curation reward collected between 23 Dec - 31 January, a certain few accounts will be getting recurring transfer every 48 hours, and hopefully with a bit more self-reminding to commit, I will write more, curate manually more, and keep this account active so that others will realise that despite there is another round of backlashes towards curation trail (following the main curators in hive to decide who gets the curation support) using this account to help the community to stay longer and write with hope in HIVE.
I actually have been watching which are the communities that are vibrant with manual strong moderators, such as #aliveandthriving (ALIVE community) which I know a few of them did a fantastic job, including #ladiesofhive and #qurator who I personally know a few of the curators who are legit committed moderators / curators, I am not certain which are the most recent community that is vibrant enough not to be in the "rip off tag-list" mentioned by the police in this blockchain.
(Or maybe someone is making use of their account names for click bait by tagging those "so called-violating authors)
