Hello everyone, I hope you all are doing well.

Today I’ll be talking on a topic which is Time management/ procrastination. Time management is how we organize and prioritize tasks to make the day. Time management involves setting goals, planning activities, and using time wisely. When you prioritize important tasks, create a schedule, and avoid procrastination, you improve your productivity. When you don’t manage your time, it automatically results in you procrastinating. Time management is very important because it balances different responsibilities successfully.

I learned a tip that helps with time management and this tip is categorizing tasks as important or urgent. By doing this, you can pay attention to what needs immediate attention while you are also attending to the important but long-term goals. I have seen people create everyday and weekly schedules and this has helped them organize time well.

When you manage your time well, you avoid procrastination. Avoiding procrastination on the other hand is very important and it helps in time management. I used to procrastinate a lot and at that time I was always stressed unnecessarily and I rushed a lot. Procrastination always leads to stress. Procrastination is a common challenge many of us face when managing our time.

We delay tasks that need to be done and go for pleasure over benefits. For some people, they delay tasks because they are afraid of not meeting expectations or making mistakes. And when you Overcome this fear, you create a growth mindset and stop procrastinating. when you see challenges as opportunities to learn and grow rather than as threats you stand up and do whatever you want to do and by doing this you’ve stopped procrastinating.

Another thing that contributes to procrastination is poor time management skills which I’ve said earlier on. Motivation also helps with time management. Learn to be motivated, motivate yourself to do what you want to do. When you want to overcome procrastination, you should learn to be self-aware, have an effective time management plan, and a shift in mindset towards viewing tasks or work as opportunities for growth and achievement.

When you use apps like Calendar and other time tracking apps it helps with time management and stops procrastinating. It helps well when it comes to time management. Using this calendar and time allocation method, you can divide your day into amount of time dedicated to a specific tasks.

By allocating focused time or periods for different responsibilities, you can improve your concentration, reduce distractions, and increase productivity. When you allocate time to different tasks it allows you to create a structured routine and make sure that important tasks receive the attention they deserve. You can try this to see how it can lift your daily schedule and improve your time management skills.

Thanks for your time.

Time management is tough. I still find it hard to balance everything and procrastinate a lot. I do think that a calender does help but I find myself delaying things until the deadline comes close.

It works really well for me when I create deadlines for the important things I have to do. Even if I'll have to finish it at the last minute, I'll still do it instead of procrastinating all the way to eternity, so to speak.
