Moving from Group A to Group C

Recently I have had a two requests to move investors funds from Group A on Cubfinance, to Group C on Polygon.

  • As a service provider who is here to make your investment life easier I will comply with these requests.

  • However I must inform you that selling your investments in a bear or lower price market, means selling them for less then you paid for them.

  • Therefore you will get less investment capitol back then you put into the pool, if you request a sale of assets whose price has dropped.

  • You will not get back the same number of BLEO you put into the pool.

Specific Details of the requested action:

  • Your BLEO was invested in the Cub-BUSD trading pair when it had a APR over 125%.
  • One half bought Cub and one half bought BUSD.
  • The BUSD or stable coin portion of the pair has held its value, which is one half of your investment capitol. The Cub portion has lost 40-50 % of its value, so it’s sale won’t return your original amount of capitol.
  • So you will get back less BLEO then your initial investment if you sell at these lower prices.
  • I will calculate your exact amount by calculating your percentage of pool ownership and then sell that fraction of the pool, then convert it to pLEO, and move that amount to PolyCub in your name.

Now many of you are okay with this loss because:

  • One, you have been receiving earnings for 44 weeks, which exceeds any capitol loss you face due to selling now in a down market.

  • Two, the gains on Polycub are so much larger, that you feel you will recoup your losses from by moving to Polycub where the current returns are over 200%, so your okay with selling your original asset in a down market.

  • As your service provider I will execute these moves upon your request.

  • But I want you to make informed decisions, so there are no surprises.

  • Several of you have made new investments on Polycub instead, and that is a better way to conserve your capitol.

  • Remember Cubfinance is going to get many of the new features of Polycub soon. So it may appreciate in value.

  • It’s a good time to remember what billionaire stock investor Warren Buffet said: The Stock Market is very good at transferring money from the inpatient investor to the patient investor.

  • Questions? Leave them in the comments below.

For the other small amount of 37, I wanted from A to C it's probably just not worth it, so I would say leave it too?... Unless you already transferred it, whatever is fine-as long as you got the other 75, just trying to get a piece of the pie! Thank you

Hi @quinnertronics

When you initially requested 250 BLEO from your Cubfinance position be moved to pLEO and invested in PolyCub, I used 250 of my own pLEO and credited them to you on the Polycub Group C pool, and paid you your earnings based on that 250 pLEO last weekend.

But your BLEO on Cubfinance was converted to Cub-BUSD and at the current low price of Cub 20 cents, a drop from 80 cents means one half of your BLEO position traded for Cub would lose about 75% of its value.
So I would have to liquidate more of your Cub-BUSD position to total 250 BLEO.

However I will do this if you request it. But I want to make sure your okay with that before I liquidate your position.

Alternatively, I could liquidate 50% of your Cubfinance position leaving you with a reduced Cub position and approximately 125 bLEO to exchange for pLEO plus the other 75 BLEO you recently added will be exchanged for pLEO and added to your pLEO position giving you about 200 pLEO there.

This would preserve some income on the BLEO side, and give you a second income stream on the pLEO side.

Lastly, I want you to know that the Polygon project is transitioning from high APRs to low APRs now, and high Emissions of Polycub to low emissions.

This means the earnings for the farm will drop off quite a bit this week, especially when combined with the 50% penalty.

I think this information is important in light of the decision your being asked to make.

I recommend the 50% if you want a piece of the Polygon project, and want to preserve income on the Cubfinance side.

Or can I just leave everything how it was to not worry about any loss?

Or kick in more Leo to make up for the difference?

Ok thanks, I didn't realize that the assets were down in value-I don't really want to lose half of or a quarter of the tokens.... Can I perhaps just get that 50 I've sent the last 2 weeks and start building to Group C?

Yes.
