In my previous post I mentioned how Samsung company is looking into the metaverse availing the technology to take their business to the next level and unveiling it's new smartphone at the store and the event will be streamed live at its website, Facebook, Tiktok and Twitch channels.
I also mentioned Samsung's 837x store.
Now we have the latest news and that is Samsung which is known to be the electronics giant, it's new smartphone is going to have wallet function that will be allowing the users to store their digital documents and according to reports, cryptocurrency as well.
Galaxy S222 Ultra, will be able to store in a new digital ID feature different things like Student IDs, ID documentation, Driving Licenses, Identity cards in digital form, keys for houses and cars in digital forms which is believed to be made available to users in the later days of this year.
With all those services, the device will also be allowing users to store their digital credit and debit cards, shared in a press release.
It's also reported that coronavirus vaccination records and other documents may also be stored in the wallet, compatible with crypto.

Many other companies in South Korea including Samsung, are working on blockchain powered wallets in later years.
According to reports Samsung showcased it's new device on it's store 837x on Decentraland which was unveiled in Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas.
But some were not impressed with the event.
Russel Holly, who is a journalist wrote,
But that seems to be expected as it was probably the first time Samsung arranging an event like this and this could be addressed with the time and experience.
But again, I think we are now seeing giant companies into the blockchain world real time utilizing this technology and this is probably a good answer to those who were asking about the use case of blockchain technology.
It would be interesting to see the future of Metaverse, NFTs and cryptocurrency when more and more giant companies jump into this race.
