Let ripple do battle with the governments and the SEC. We keep building. But you are right, it is like Ethereum, controlled by bankers.

No clue. I am not sure where Musk stands on that. He is a major troll so I wouldnt be surprised if he didnt do much other than mirror what PayPal is doing.
